It have tested both continent. The minimum you can auto withdraw to PayPal is $100 according to your setting. But you can manually withdraw from $3 upward.its your choice. I am talking about PayPal withdrawal, have not tested other payment methods. Remember that you will be charged $1 for each PayPal withdrawal.

I've tried Skrill. It's same, anything higher than $3, you can withdraw.

I do voiceover in Nigerian accent. Then you record whatever script the client gives you, you might wanna buy a microphone. $5 for 150 words.
Edit, for lines that you take more than one, with audio editing software.
