Might be your network provider... Glo and Airtel seem not to be working well with fiverr. Their network fluctuate which cause locations changes.

I've use Laptops and I plug the charger most times, and the batteries do work perfectly, till the 3 year, then they damage.

Currently using Dell Inspiron; it stops charging once it reaches 100%, when the power is off, it doesn't do this while laptop is in use.

The client still has about 30 or 60 days to give you a review. Remind them once you see them online.
If they are online regularly, and not giving you review, some don't see it as a big deal, or others are not satisfied with your work.
