Please does this also apply to delayed orders and denied gigs? I mean like 7days delay... Though the buyer gave me 2weeks cause my software is messing up... But we didn't edit the order.

Since my only gig with reviews was taken down, no buyer has contacted me nor ordered. I'm so demoralized.

Another reason to have more gigs, prolly similar gigs in different subcategories. And make it all active...

Cancellation dosent really affect your position

I have canceled up to 16orders

but my gig is still the number one gig in my niche

The thing is your review, try to get as much positive reviews as possible and also try and concentrate your sales on one gig.

When you want to send custom offer, send from your best gig.

I've been canceling order placed by some good for nothing buyers who will place 5usd order without contacting you and then list a job of 200usd to be done on the 5usd order and they will end up asking you to cancel order cos they are not ready to pay anymore than that rubbish 5usd...

What solution is there for this kinda trash...
They have stopped my new acct from getting level 2 even with abt 65 completed orders...

I think there is a warning on the consequence of cancelling Orders, it shows anytime one wants to cancel an Order.
And it's about your gig's visibility. So, I think your gig drops down, the more you cancel Orders.

It should be same reason why you haven't gotten your Level 2 badge on the other account. What's your cancellation rate?

I don't know anything about whiteboard animation, but the video looks cool. But the audio doesn't sound like a real human voice; like a robot.
