The categories you posted your gigs will determine the kind of requests you get or see on your BUYERS REQUEST.
Yes, I do see advertisers posting their requests on that section too.
I believe you can be a Seller and Buyer same time.

The CPC is the most important; $0.00 CPC is like a Show House ( where guys watch ball), where guys come, in hundreds, thousands, watch games and leave when the matches are over.

I'll do a quick rundown.
Domains are addresses of websites; that is, what you see whenever you enter any website - Facebook.com, nairaland.com, whatever.com ( )
Websites are just combinations of numbers, without a domain name. See it as, website is a house with no roof, the roof is the domain. All websites are like this until you marry them with your domain name

So, thousands of thousands of domains expire daily, they are placed on auction sales at different websites, you can get for as cheap as $8-10.

One thing you should do before buying a domain is to check its worth, appraise it, is it marketable or not? Are you going to see a buyer for it?
There are many sites to appraise a domain name.
Expired domains are like houses that no occupant has lived there for years; they have structure and probably some useful things still inside it. Connecting it to domain world; EXPIRED domains have good worth... Some have traffic (from the old website they were connected to), Good CPC, Backlinks, Page Ranks etc.

You can choose to register a V.I .r gin domain too ( but they don't have any worth (they are houses, built from the scratch).

You can register a domain name of a celebrity, or organization, then contact them; you can register emmyk.com then contact Emmyk.net (or other extension, telling them you have a domain they might like)

When you buy expired domain, you can park them and sell them when buyer comes or sell them immediately.
See parking as displaying your nice sleek car and people give you cash.
