Payoneer card? I've applied since 2013, the card has been delivered, but I have no idea where they delivered it too. Shouldn't they call my mobile no to come pick it up?
The account I was given shows on my Payoneer account every time, prompting me to activate the card.

I just reactivated the card recently, telling them to ship it to my new location, hopefully, I'll get it this time around.

Victor101 you were right, my account was suspended for circumvention or is it circumnavigation? Lol. Accepting to work outside upwork (someone asked for my Skype id and I gave him) and accepting a spamming job. Someone hired me to write reviews like that, that particular day. They suspended me the moment I told the hirer the amount I wanna charge him.
I have read their policy now.

Is it good to be hired for a work on upwork and you take the work to other freelancing websites that you pay cheaper for whoever you hire? Because that's what I'm about to do.

Also, how do I pay someone that I hired?

Which kind of sub are you using?
Do you have enough memory?
Change the location of where the whatever downloads.
Choose a folder and download in it, not memory card or phone memory directly.

Check all these, and lets see how things go.

The comparison looks somehow. Television is also a digital device, as its transmissions ldoesnt occupy any physical space. In Journalism profession, terms we use are Conventional/Traditional Media Vs The New Media.

It's a tough one as each has so many pros and cons likewise. I'll go with the conventional media because of the following reasons.

1. The conventional media have Gatekeepers. Gatekeepers are basically the people that guide the flow of information right from the source, down to the audience. No gatekeeper in the New media. Which leads to my second point.

2. Conventional media are more believable, only verified news and information are disseminated.

3. Only conventional media can be used and have been used for Rural Development purpose, then later on, The new media can be introduced. This is because the conventional media penetrate into places the other one cannot, this is not ruling out the wider coverage of the new media, I'm talking of local places where you do not have access to the internet.
4. The conventional media are mostly cheap.
