I emailed Barter immediately AliExpress processed my refund.

After some days, they checked their system, confirmed it, then converted it to naira and send to my Barter Naira Card.

So it's successful.

This item never came though it's showing "Arrived Country of Destination."

But, what shocked me was that it just started showing "SORRY, LOGISTICS DELAY, WE WILL DELIVER IT TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" when I checked Aliexpress today.

Anyone experienced a similar issue?

On 1st June, it was "Despatched to Overseas"
As of today 16th June, it's still at "Despatched to Overseas" About 15 days still at Despatched to overseas

Tracking number starts with "RB", ends with "SG"

Is it normal to stay that long at "Despatched to Overseas?"
