2. As to "there is many safe states in nigeria", which state is REALLY safe in this country? I won't feel safe anywhere in nigeria period. As to nearby countries? Is it cameroon, or Niger, or chad or benin rep that you want me to run to? which kind of life will i have there? life is even more harsher and dangerous in those countries than in the nigeria i am trying to run away from.

3. Well as to why i might feel threatened by bh, have you read where i wrote i helped the civilian JTF before? I am not wanted by the government, i just feel that i have to watch my back because i am an avowed critic of the govt. on different sites. Plus how can i be a security risk to a country am seeking asylum in because i feel threatened in my own country. it doesn't make sense. Further more, if according to you i should opt for a safe neigboring country rather than canada, then somalis have kenya as a safe next door country, iraqis have saudi/Jordan/Turkey, e.t.c but they all go seeking for asylum in far away norway or sweeden and they are offered asylum. I am in the same situation as them(you don't know what we are going through here), so why can't i also opt for a better country where my life will be safe, my living standard will be qualitative, my hard work and education will pay off beter. why not

4. the nigerian that was deported might have falsified his claim, he might be from a safe state but claimed to be from a war zone. Make no mistake, where i am from is definately a war zone, just a few weeks ago a european was kidnapped in my region by bh. And i have documents to proove that am from there.

So mr. Justwise, if you think asylum is not the way i should go, or that i don't need asylum, or my reasons are not strong enough, which legal way do you suggest i can abscond from this hellish country then.

Never heard of Masters of Education in Information Technology before ooo, don't even understand this. And its offered via distance learning. I don't think I can go with them.

So check Waterloo university. And dia is a plateform for locating schools in canada on cic website its somewhere on this forum, let me see if i can get it for u.

1) Start using ur bank account as from dis month i.e mak reasonable deposits and witdraws periodically continuously
2) Search schools offering infotech n mak sure dey are on cic website
3) Compare the costs and pick the one dats ok for u
4) contact the sch n ask dem if the can accept u for direct masters in infotech wt ur cgpa in masscom
5) if dey arent replyin ur mails, i suggest u spare som money and call them
(Searching for sch is not dat easy, i will assist u a bit, though very busy,but will try)

The SOA u ar to submit is btw 4-6Months, and d type of account doesnt matter, all d VO wants to see is u aving enough cash (n make sure u dnt av unexplained huge deposits)
If i may ask
1) Wats ur tuition per annum
2) wats d duration of ur program
Dont forget to add d recommended 10000CAD annual cost of living.

I think defering ur admission depends on ur course, cos sometimes ago one of their admission officer (Isaac by name ) told me dat for computer science, dey dont offer full courses for january n may semestres so most first time students have to apply for sept (Fall), so defering to january might nt b possible; i suggest u try n get in touch wt d sch for specific information.

Conditions:
- Ur acct must av enough to show u can afford ur tuition n other expenses for the duration of ur studies preferrably
- U must av a home tie (eida landed property, business, family etc)
- Include other properties u av

1) What if u av to submit app,lets say middle of the month, will d bank send u ur mid month bank statement
2) And if am nt mistaken it seems d SOA d bank issues when u apply for ur SOA has some features (lik authorizations) not included on d monthly SOA
Just go to ur bank n fill a form to request ur SOA

Technically a scanner n a Camera has no difference just dat dey ar used on different platforms: if u knw u av steady hands, ur fone has a high megapixel, n ultra sharp camera, use ur camera but make sure its d document is very illuminated n u can use a system to trim d edges if need be, av used a mobile fone to snap my passport while opening a domiciliary acct for forex trading,it was ok.
