Seems u copied dat list exactly as it is on cic website, can u get every doc on dat list, som might not even apply to u,u know.

I have already applied for the study visa and got refused
The documents which I have submitted with the visa application are:
My college ID.
My Bank statement with about $ 40,000 funds available.
Acceptance letter
I paid the tuttion fees of 11,000 dollars
Police clenrance
After showing all these i have got the refusal for Canadian TRV.

The reason which they gave me for the refusal was that

You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, Including:


Your travel history. (I have never been to any other country.)
Length of proposed stay in canada (which was 22 month.)
Purpose of visit. (Which was To studt)
Your current employment situation. (I am a student.)
Your personal assets and financial status. (I have shown my bank statement with about C$40 000 funds available.)


Please suggest me what should i do ?

1) Home ties (u av nothing to show u will com bak to Nija afta graduation)
2) Ur SOP sud av covered the reason y u ar going for d course n oda details.
3) check d oda questions asked by Amefrica, answer dose.
4) Before u submit, y not send d list of d docs u wanna submit n ur SOP to som pple on this thread, people lik Justwise, chrigo,missbon,slimdel, amefrica,haustralia,jijola to mention but a few, dey av a wealth of experience.

justwise: It defends on what you need the money for, working to pay rent, bills and fees is hell on earth, done it for years in the UK and i can write a book on my experiences.

Working for extra cash wouldn't hurt you that much because you are not under any financial pressure, if you are depending on your weekly pay for your bills then your studies will suffer because there is no job security and you could be out of job and penniless anytime.

abisolmi: It is very possible to work and study and still come out tops in your academics. You first have to make sure the type of job you get will not be too tasking so it doesnt affect you too much. for instance, if you work 3 hours a day, 6 days a week, thats 18 hours. I am sure working 3 hours a day wont be that tideous right? so please dont rule out the possibility. some even work weekends only and have weekdays to themselves so not so bad huh?

Amefrica: Canada's minimum wage should be around $(CAD)11-13/hr.. Parisbluefox, Dr Pak, Halle2, Rawlizo etc are all headed to N&L.

Does that prove that my country (Nigeria) will benefit from my program (Welding Engineering Technology @ College of the North Atlantic, NL, Canada). Jijola: Yes it is acceptable. Infact, Deed of Assignment is more acceptable than Survey Plan because it is a title document. However, it is not as strong as C of O. Since most people don't have C of O because of the rigours involved, CDHC accepts other proof of title. I would have advise that you add both Deed of Assignment and Survey plan. The Deed shows title and the survey plan shows location.But since you don't have the latter, the Deed is sufficient as long as it identifies the property.
