Okay good news so far. Good thing you quit smoking. Well, coffee isnt bad but it has own side effects espcially if one has medical condition. But i think you should cut down on sweet, soda or anythng that contain sugar. If possible drink your coffe without sugar. Good to know you sleep very well. But for precauton purposes though you need to visit your doctor to check your chest.
As for shaking thing, humm, do you have in your family history any type of neurological problem?. How do you feel exactly when it's shaking. Do you feel dizzy, fatigue, tired?. And when it shakes, how long does it last (how many minutes)?. Alhough is doesnt appear that you are alcohol abuse which could result to tremor etc. For now I am thinking of nuerological condition but it may not be. So how long does it last and how often does it shake, everyday?. Do you see anything visible when your skin shakes? and which part of your body?.

Sorry i asked many questions. Just want to get clear picture. I am not a MD but i work in medical field.

You see, let me tell you guys this if you dont mind. There is going to be some form of diseases and sicknesses on the rise in nigeria. Something you have never seen before. You know why, as world becomes "modern", average people dont want to farm anymore. We used to eat organic food, natural and undiluted minerals etc. But now we dont want to cook. We dont want to farm. We want to eat fast food a k a fast death. We eat genetically modified food. Cancer, diabetes used to be scarce but they are now household names in the country. It's not too late to return to natural food we used to eat otherwise known as Halal instead of can food and junks we eat around. They are quiet unhealthy.

Oh sorry, i must have misunderstood it. No, dont take ibuprofen yet. See medical doctor first for full check up. But if you want you may do some exercise and sleep at least 8hrs.

I need to ask you few more questions though. Do you drink alcohol, lots of caffeine drink like soda?. Do you have enough sleep at least 8hrs?. I hope this is not a mild neurological disorder.

You welcome! sensation or not, you need to take precaution. If you cant do chest x-ray now (i really recommend you do it), reduce your salt and sugar intake. If you eat fast food, stop it NOW!. As for shaking body part, do you feel chill, fatigue, pale skin etc?. Becareful with ibuprofen. Too much of it can damage your liver. Is it OT or prescription?. how long you've using ibuprofen?.

And before you leave home in the morning or even if you not going anywhere, try to eat some cereal, oatmeal or at least drink some tea without sugar. Truth be told I never took my health issues serious I caused almost all sickness I suffer from today. I rarely eat I always believed snacks and fast food. Now am changing but it affected me so bad that I can't drunk drugs and eat I must take gala or biscuits. I can take biscuits and water for 3 days and am ok. Don't get me wrong am not mising just me.


I never took my health serious. Even asthma until the day I felt embarrassed in public. I had an asthmatic attack and of all I couldn't hold the shame since then I took it serious. I just started taking my ailment serious now because Today I felt embarrassed almost crying cux of leg pains in public.


In essence I want to take my health serious.

By the way, it appears that you have not done all neccessary medical procedures. How did you know you are a sickle cell patient?. Did you visit doctor to confirm this illness(officially diagnosed)? what have you being taken aside from local herbs?. You need to visit a doctor perhaps sickle cell specialist.They will have to know history of your SCD and carry out neccesary tests to determine how they can possibly help you. For now, if you do stressful work, you need to reduce it significantly. you need to be hydrated at all times. Stay away from extreme heat or cold. Your priority for now is see your DOKITA.

I understand this but still you need regular doctor visits. You havent tell me the kind of pain it is. Over the counter pills are non prescriptions you can take. Like Advil, Tylenol etc dont know if you have those over there. They are not harmful so long as you take proper dose accordingly. But dont take asprin until after you see a doctor.

No, I am not taking anything rude. This is professional discussion. I am medical practitioner as well. I did recommend a shot above but as always, you need to have personal physician that will check you very often. You need a doctor's visit. If however you currently in pain right now, pls do take OTC (Over The Counter) painkiller until you get to visit a doctor. Do you drink lots of pure liquid?. You should do that very often. Unfortunately, there is no cure for sickle cell at this time. But it's manageable. It looks like you used to take local herbs. To be honest with you, it helped you all this while. Please please do not just take any medication recommended by anyone online. Otherwise, your family and friends may find your body dead in apparent suicide. You must talk to your geriatric or physician . Whatever he/shes says is the final. I am aware of erythropoietin. It is a shot treament for this condition (i:e injection) to improve your blood count. Or your physician may recommend physical therapist for you. It's all depends on your specific medical condition. The most important thing is never take just any medication recommended online. You could be complicated.
