@ vedaxcool, I got this post (in blue) from other website. And I supposed the poster is either christian or none. Her name is Kathy. Shouldn't focus be on this than natural reaction of people whose land was stolen by bunch of lunatics?. She posted this in response to Hollywood man who supports Israel. Barely no one on the thread responds to her effectively. Instead they resorted to insulting her. In my opinion, her questions are legitimate. So her post reads and I quote... "A few simple questions: "Why was Israel created in Palestine?" "By whom?" "Did they even consider the wishes, history and culture of the native Palestinian population at all?" "Who gave them the right create a country where a native population had existed for eons?" "How pompously arrogant do you have to be to do something like that?" If Israel had been created in Uganda instead of in Palestine... Would Hamas exist? Would Gazans be firing rockets at themselves? Or would Ugandans now be the "terrorists" ? If Israel took over 80% of the US instead of 80% of Palestine... Would liberty and freedom loving Americans sit aside moaning 'C'est La Vie'... (In English of course). Or would we fight for our rights with whatever we had at our disposal? Perhaps it is time to stop denying the humanity and history of the Palestinians. Perhaps it is time to look back at how this mess really started. Perhaps it is time to wonder aloud "What would we settle for if someone took away our country, our freedom, our future, our history and our culture?" Unless you eliminate all 6 million Palestinians, they will naturally continue to fight for their country, their freedom, their future, their history and their culture. I dont think so. There is primer in US actually. It's painted on newly built wall (Sheet Rock) before paint. Semi gloss is a shining kind of paint like water resistance type. Maybe you can do research for the name in 9ja. Im looking forward to that actually. cloudstar Modern Jews really care less about what Old T says about Holy Land being theirs since donkey years. Usually they would say "UN gave it to them". Exactly what former NY mayor said upon arrival in Israel. Two ways to look into this. From Muslim perceptive, the problem is NOT the land itself (as in material reality). Rather spiritual and Divine attachment and phenomenon. Quran does not shy away from saying God gave them (Jews) the Holy Land on conditions. It is same Quran which says they violated the conditions and they were kicked out twice. The conditions are: 1-The must practice religion of Abraham (Islam). Believe it or not. 2-That they are righteous in conduct This is documented in the Bible as well. They violated these conditions the first time and were banned for 40yrs. He sent Babylonian army which destroyed them. This is mentioned in surah Isra-ch.17. God forgave them and allowed them back on the Holy Land thereafter. They violated the conditions again. This was said to be after their rejection of Jesus and attempted murder. This time Roman army was sent to destroy them by God. And a final ban was placed on them. This ban is still in effect. But in the same Sura ayah 104, Quran predicts their return in the Last Age that God will bring them back as homogenous people. This does not in anyway means their "right" to return. This is what i call "entrapment". I swear some Jews know this. The Rabbi said "we're screwed". They are being brought back by God to face their final punishment. The only religion that will survive in Holy Land is legacy of Prophet Abraham (p). And it's Arab (Muslims) who fulfill that. That's anyone who is Muslim (regardless of race) is entitled to the Land. In another word, ONLY Muslim authority will God recognize on the Land. Since they have now returned to reclaim the Land as their own doesn't mean Arab (muslims) should not resist them. This is just simple religion approach. Even from secular approach they (European Jews) are still wrong. We can simply say Philistine have been living there prior to '48 and "Israel" was created on them. Simple isnt it?. And this is opinion of many. You see, from religion point of view is like you buy a house on mortgage with condition to pay back the lender. You miss 3 months payment, Bank takes back the house. Once bank forecloses on your house, you no longer own it. You lose the Deed or tittle to the house. You can never reclaim it because you violated the conditions. Usually Bank prefers to sell it to a new (fresh) buyer that will fulfill the conditions. That's, a new Nation to fulfill God's conditions of the Holy Land. That nation is called Muslim Ummah. There is no longer "chosen people". That's crapped. God said in the same Sura Isra that if they return with their wickedness, He will return His punishment. Havent they returned with their wickedness?, killing innocent men, women and children, homosexual is legal on Holy Land, lending money on riba is legal on Holy Land (something Jesus condemned them for remember), women walking around topless on Holy Land etc. Are these characteristics of legacy of Abraham?. Sorry, they have lost the Deed or title of the Land. They no longer own it. They can be their as tourists but not as owner. The implication now is that their punishment is again around the corner. This is time, it's obvious, Muslim army will kick them out. Pls search youtube video and see Rabbis said exact same thing. This brother explains it further. Take your time to watch. Honestly, it's not your fault. You have every right to talk this way. onegig Thanks a lot. I actually thought about nursing home or have her register for Home care service. But that was brushed aside. You know i just avoid saying things sometimes. I put blame on him. Regardless, he should stand up for himself and do what is right bcuz at some point his mother wouldn't be able to make decisions. Just dont understand him sometimes. I think your suggestion about caregiver is still the way to go. They kind of stubborn in my view. Thanks for your contribution |
