A client gave me house to sell,I was the mandate and I also owned both buyer and seller together,the best opportunity to make my good 10 % from buyer and seller,but the seller ended up frustrating me in the middle of the transaction by denying what he promised to give me to give me,he also compelled me to give some one a portion of my 3.5 percent from the buyer which he also dabbled into,at the end he made nonsense of the whole thing,I said No that arrangement and he said he is not selling and my buyer is ready to pay.
