I have always loved history and with all sense of humility, I have read a lot of historical accounts of the Urhobos as a people. I was privileged to also listen to the oral accounts of various learned elderly men in Urhobo (because of my background), when I saw this thread I thought I could add to my wealth of knowledge regarding my origin.BUT I MUST SAY THAT AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED. 2 Likes |

Hello everyone, I need an urgent help from this house because I have read about good suggestions to individuals in this forum before. This is my very first time creating a new thread on nairaland. Now this is my story, I have this my friend (younger than myself though) who came to me with his business idea. When he explained his business idea to me I must say I find it quite good but his major problem is how to finance the project (which will cost about 2 million naira). So we decided to run the project together as a joint venture. I will provide the fund and office space for him while he is to do the day to day running of the business (since I have my own business), my question now is; WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK SHOULD BE THE SHARING FORMULA OF THE PROFIT? I want a situation where both of us will be happy at the end of the day. I don't want to be greedy neither do I want a situation where one of us will be unhappy because of sharing ratio. Note: He even suggested that he can stay without paying himself for the first three month pending when we recoup the initial capital of #2,000,000. All things being equal, my initial capital will be recovered between 2 or 3 months. |
