RomanceRe: Vanishing Women Of Natural Beauty. by endmoll(op): 8:43pm On Mar 22, 2011
It has gotten to a point where you wake up in the morning and look at the person by your side and you begin to wonder if it was the same person that you were with in the evening.
Most women now are trying to avoid chemical in there body system by trying to stay natural,i am not saying that make up are not good but try as much as you can to be your self. God has given the African sister what other race are jealous of and we tend to rubbish it for the sake of artificial beauty.
The last time i was in Nigeria and i went to eat at a Calabar joint in ABJ,in my vege soup i found an artificial finger nail in my plate and i was not surprised because of our lack of hygiene and i can't imagine the quantity of fake hair that i had digested in the vege soup. Wish i could go back to the ages of my granny when all they could do was braid or cut there hair and looked wonderful.
I hope and pray that our African Goddesses will begin to realize that they are beautiful without all these artificial syndrome. cool

I am not knocking women that do that extra poo but I do give props when props due. I give all accolades to the sisters that keep it natural. Nothing wrong with being natural ladies.
When women of substance talk i always like to listen to them and i guess you are one of them. Keep it real and glow in your natural GOD given self. cheesy cheesy cheesy

This days women are more prone to cosmetics than men with the exception of the HE\SHES.
But our natural beauty has been invaded so much that you can tell which is real. Most guyz will want to test drive before buying to see if the AIR BAGS are factory installed or huhhuhhuh

Why is it that most of our women are artificial these days. From their head to their toe, you will find one kind of attachment or the other, all in the name of fashion; the older ones inclusive. The men too cannot be exonerated. Some of them go for phallus enlargement and other forms of surgery. I quite agree that there should be genuineness assessment tests between intending couples. The rate of fashion vagaries is alarming, and all is vanity. As men and women we can only adopt our solutions, hold on to your chosen one and tell him or her that the world stands still for them other wise huh :- lipsrsealed

its because of the money. once u have too much money, u tend to do everything else in excess. and eating/dining out is one of them. another thing is exercising. and definitely foods like pounded yam, eba, rice and others has lots of starch AKA carbs in them. Carbs minus Exercise equals Big Belle
I totally agree with you and want to add also that some see it as part of good living forgeting the harm they are doing to them selves. Men are not excluded from this topic also as some of them are like pregnant women or seem like the swallowed the shell of a turtle.

I think it due to greed. Taking our ladies out is like taking a shark out because they want to eat every thing due to the fact that they are not paying from there pockets.
Secondly they can never workout or exercise to burn the calories and fat they always consume (FOC).
I get so irritated when i see most of them on top of okada with there Tommy protruding in front and side ways,i begin to ask my self why can't they always look in the mirror before they wear what ever they want to wear. Some of them will even display there under wears to crown the ugly scenario. embarassed embarassed shocked shocked embarassed embarassed

foley:
just changed my 1999 Accord gearbox for N100k, pls who can tell me where I can get this honda ATF-Z1, my wife also drives an odyssey and I ve been told it has transmission problems too.
If anybody can help, will be very grateful.
Welcome to the Honda family.I bought an odyssey for my father from the US directly and after 7moths it started having transmission problems and i called my car mechanic in the US and he said that i should change the transmision oil. i did what he told me and behold the transmision stoped going into the reverse gear,i had to go buy a used transmision about 120k which lasted for only 4months till i had to buy one here from the US.
You can get the transmision oil from texaco and mobil gas stations, some times the visco 2000 does work for honda but my best advice is rather than wasting a couple of thousand of naira trying to repair or fixing just make up your mind and go and buy a used transmision at this honda market at oyingbo. They will fix it there and they have a wonderful guy there who knows about Honda transmision like no body else. You might try going to oyingbo with your car to see this guy before doing any thing,if he tells you any thing just do what he says. Hope this helps.

it is a pity that Jonathan cannot differentiate between PHD and PDP. Mr President sir education should be a process of self transformation. The ability to accommodate divergent of opinion without being threatened and the ability to take responsibility of failures either commited directly through an agent is what makes one civil and educated not paper laurels. One can hold PHD and yet not be educated. while on the other hand one may not have a single paper certificate like the immediate past president of Brazil and be seen to be highly educated. Mr President sir, we are in the twenty- first century. One quality of our timeis that we know our rights and we are ready to demand for what belong to us. You have dashed our hope like your predecessors. You said within six months there will be great improvement in power supply but after ten months the power supply was not only abysmal but water is also being rationed in the federal capital of Nigeria. You promised to fight corruption only to send defence minister to the celebration of an ex-convict Bode George’s prison completion. What a shame! In civilised society that action would be termed anti-state and you would be declared as an enemy of state. But since the PDP is morally bankrupt and it is the party in power, criminality is celebrated as a virtue. But Nigerians can no longer be deceived. It is a unianimous song that PDP pack your bags and go. Come april it will be NIGERIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAI BUHARI.

There is nothing wrong in a woman wanting to keep her maiden name as long as they both agree on that. Only Nigerian men, those jobless he goats, who don't have a life, they are so frustrated and are dying of poverty, hence they use their frigging last breath to hate on poor Nigerian women.

My advice to those bloody Nigerian men,who think they can come on here to write rubbish about Nigerian

those Nigerian men who don't have a job,but all they do is sit on their bloody laptop,to slag Nigerian women off.

From my observation i have not been fortunate to meet any one of them that does not have this stench coming from there hair. I don't mean to be disrespectful but i have even checked out my sister too the same story. So i am asking my fellow men if possible our highly respected Ladies to shed some light on why this strange odour can't be dealt with. I hope that i am not the only person that has the same feeling.

I think that the issue of crime and unempolyment are major factors that are found every were, but the poster is trying to know how to adjust incase of his comin to America. There is one fact that we all know, America never be compared to Nigeria in any way all he has to know is that his mind set has to change about a lot of things and most of all is taking responsibilities of his actions and knowing that there is no free services in America like it is in Nigeria. And if he works hard sky will be his limit.

@Maziuche0,What is nice about PortHarcourt that some body with a family can be happy about? When you want to compare Lagos and Portharcourt it terms of crime you have to live in Lagos to know that the crime rate in Lagos has gone down in Lagos in recent years and every body can"t go into petroleum business as you rightly mentioned in your post. The poster remember has a family and needs an enabling environment for the family too of which portharcourt does not have.Lagos has what it takes to be comfortable and do your business without stress.

Long term effects of marijuana can cause damage to each of the major organ systems in the body. Heavy users of marijuana may appear slow moving and have difficulty carrying on a conversation. They may be suffering from a form of mental confusion that can't be corrected. A word is enough for the wise.

Thanks all for your comments, but I do know there are some dealers out there that want to deal for that amount!

The point there is that most people that bring cars down to Nigeria need to make profit for the stress and investment they made for the car and by the end of the day they eventually leave the cars to dealers at lots were cars are sold and they travell back, when an intending buyer comes to price the dealers will in turn want to add another two hundred thousand on top o the price you agreed with him to sell the car,one thing is that he did not invest in the business and you are not there to monitor who is bargaining up to the amount you want the car to be sold for.And after the car has been sold you have to pay the % that is involved with the seller(s) and thier shop. I know if you go to mandilas in Lagos you can get some thing with a good price but be careful of not gettting accidented cars.
