Face me and face you is 2k per month in Mokola, Sango, Omitowoju, Adamasinga and maybe 3k at Oketunu depending on the tushness of the houses. People start their house with 500k in Ibadan so no one pays above that per annum on a rented flats

Maximum 3 bedroom flat in Ibadan 300k? Are you sure you are living in Ibadan? I live in Ojoo, my house rent in a year is 430k. I'm presently on house hunt and the prices are high. Was in Akobo last week, a 3 bedroom flat price was 500k excluding agency fee. Please try and get your facts right.

I doubt this report. What comprises investment? If it is any asset that produces income then this report is false. I have seen shopping malls springing up in Kaduna and Imo just between January and now and they say no new investment.

Infact the BIG elephant in the room, in all of ASUU's disputes with the govt has been tuition fees. Both sides have tiptoed around the issue....refusing to face the reality that fees may have to go up....because it does not win votes, and it only makes you more unpopular. To say nothing of provoking student unrest (just a small raise in cafeteria prices led to riots in Nigerian universities in the late 1970's...the famous Ali must Go riots).

The earlier we embrace this fact the better

Government can't fund education. I hope people will be a little more open minded about this issue

Thank you...I stop flying Arik air immediately I have alternatives. I used Air peace from Owerri to Lagos last week and the flight was completely full; two airplanes left Owerri in the space of 2 hours
