Well, since it was stated in their scrupulous post that the payment portal will be opened tomorrow, let's just wait till tomorrow and see.

But let the truth be told, UI is kind of disorganized now cos the admission list should've been posted on the admissions portal before releasing that dumbfounded post on their main portal.

I don't think the list would be released probably because, some names are yet to be uploaded and some candidates haven't accept their admission....while some has mistakenly rejected theirs.
