A battalion in Nigerian army is made up of between 400- 1,200 soldiers so imagine the number of soldiers they killed in that line of gunfire to get to the commander but this government prefers to suppress news and cover it with the usual lies and propaganda instead of proffering concrete plans to tackle any of the problem

But lets assume that someome was keeping bomb making materials in a market. What any responsible crime fighting organisation would do is secure the place, diffuse the materials and keep the general public safe. It is public safety first before any other thing

What sort of security agency would go to a public place such as a market, where they have been tipped off that bomb making materials are located, and you set the place on fire??

Why endanger public safety with this callous act? Why destroy peoples livelihood? Why destroy the economy of the place? Dont these people know that this can cause explosions that can affect people miles away?

It is clear that Governor Hope Uzodimma and the security operatives he leads are just out to unleash a reign of terror on Imo people

You go to a place where bomb making materials are kept, and you set the place on fire? Chei!!

And the foolish Governor came out to back this act that endangers public safety?

Imo people have suffered under Uzodimma, I weep for them

D lol. Look at the level of ignorance on this forum. The army has corps which covers every area and field you can think of, and these includes medical, finance, education, military police, legal services, chaplains (Catholic and Protestant), Islamic affairs and many more. It must also interest you to know that all this corps have their own schools for the training of their personnel, members of sister services such as Navy and Airforce and also interested civilians. Mind you that the Nigerian Army College of Nursing, Lagos is one of the best nursing schools in Nigeria. You can make your findings. The thread is not talking about fighting or combating crimes. It's educational. Nigerian Army institutions which also admit civilians and very much acreditated are Command Secondary schools - a secondary school, Nigerian Army University Bui - a university, Nigerian Army College of Environmental Science and Technology (NACEST), makurdi, formerly (NAITES) - a polytechnic and many others. So I don't see reasons why this nursing school should
look or sound abnormal to people here.

I think those officers lack the needed experience to fly the illfated military aircraft.

A squadron leader would have been qualified to fly that aircraft.

What stop the pilot from emptying the fuel to make the aircraft land without much burning flames?

Can you imagine the rubbish you just typed? Do you know where NAF pilots were trained? Do you know how many flying hours this guys have covered in various operational theater including the hostile environment in the North East. You guys will just open your mouth and talk rubbish on social media. Let me tell you in life, experience is not by age or rank.
