You can read iOmoge2 posts b4 she got her bfp, she mentioned the supplements she used. for me i think vitex is okay but i would suggest you should dedicate 3 months to any thing you decide on taking. Just use it for 3 full months before switching.

Not trying to confuse you but I also read alot about Inositol for PCOS. I am sure you would make the best decision.

with a regular cycle m2tone made me produce more than 1 follicle (i think 3 or 4), i took fertilaid which has vitex has it main ingredients and it messed up my cycle and made me spot between periods. I dumped it after just one cycle, so i may not be in the best position to give reviews on vitex.

this M2tone does it help with ovulation.

Thank God for this sperm coming out talk abi EDA. Mamas who are preggy, please o, did you people raise legs to the ceiling before getting bfp? All I want to do after the do is sleep but I either have to raise legs or stay doggy style until sleep changes the position for me. It's so tiring. Who has gotten pregnant without doing these? I be think say them say according to statistics, na quickies they cause belle pass. Do sharp sharp and stand up. Yet person go lie down for bed for three days, nothing go . May God have mercy on us.

as for me i conceived my dd with it, on top ttc oo. and am still experiencing it. but na for kitchen i take conceive my dd. with barking dog style

WIDD(what I did differently)
Took prenatal(5mg folic acid through out the cycle, 50mg×2 B6 after 0) I skipped some days o
Did Bitterleaf(Cd 1-10) in july_ I don't know if it contributed to this, but I had all the preg symptoms, AF even delayed but came eventually after some humpy humpy with DH.

I suspected my problems could be more of implantation so I decided to play down on kpekusing after O and be more diligent with B6.

This cycle
I took Chinese tea_Xi xian cao and Yi mu Cao Cd1-10 2× daily
Cd 6 inserted CleanPoint tampon
Removed @ Cd 9 in preparation to BD
My fertile periods are CD10-14 as per 24days cycle.
Eventually beded on CD12 _ Doggy emphasised this time around.
Waited for my period
Stopped B6 to know if it's the cause
Still no show
And finally...
Big Fat Positive....

I didn't do amh. But once your FSH is high and estrogen is low, know that your amh must be low. That's my issue. I went for follicular monitoring for three consecutive months and found out that I don't produce egg and that confirmed my fear. I started taking dhea, COQ10, royal jelly, spirulina, vitex and red clover blossoms. Now I am producing healthy eggs but the follicles don't rupture on their own. In other words, I don't ovulate naturally. So this month, I triggered. On my 2 weeks wait now.

i did hpt on Monday and it came out negative, but today is cd 39 still no Af , am having a serious headache and fever especially in the evening, let me wait till this week ends if no Af, i will now go for blood blood test.

Try telling your hubby to stop the thrusting movement after he has ejaculated. He shouldn't pull out immediately, but stay still for some time and pull out gently.

Again, try the rear entry/doggy style. It places the sperm closer to the cervix.

Ensure you urinate before sex and try not to urinate or stool for about 20mins after sex or it will push sperm out. Lie down and elevate hips.

Don't worry too much. Semen liquefies after some time and must flow out.

the fact that semen comes out, to mean it means nothing because i conceived with it last 2yrs..though i took fertilaid and ovaboost.
but one lady said she experienced it and her mother to her to one woman that massaged her and the next month she got pregnant, she is a member in one facebook group (OMAM)ie once a mum always a mum.
i believe everybody's body is different..

I wish they could reduce the price of fertilaid and ovaboost, it's very costly now, i bought both 14,000 last two years

On Friday evening, CD27 had tiny dark brown blood stain on my pants, was scared that period came early as it was meant to come on CD 29/30. I wore my pad & slept through the night, didn't get my period, on Saturday it didn't come, on sunday nothing just a tiny dark brown blood when I wiped in the afternoon. I was scared but summoned up to test this morning as this June cycle was an unmedicated cycle & my period should not be extended & behold it was positive.
Please join me in praising God, he is the way maker, the miracle God, the God of all impossibilities, the I am who I am, the mighty man in battle, the giver of children, the great olowogbogboro, the great healer, he has given me testimony on my lips and new dancing shoes. I will praise his name forever.

dostinex is the bomb. i have a friend who has a high prolactin and irregular period and was ttc.,she took dostinex, and later took fertilaid and ovaboost she gave birth last month.
