The fibroid is submucosa.
It means the fibroid is located in the center side but its not inside were baby grows however it shifted the place baby stays small.the result will probably be painful menstruation, abnormal bleeding atimes.
The good part it is not so big so it wont cause u so many problems.
If u have to go for family planning dont go for hormonal ones so the fibroid doesn't grow bigger.

I didn't see ur scan report but from all i can get,u r asking if d fibroid will react with ur family planning.well for starters the fibroid is small,thank God.well the problematic ones r generally the submucosa(those in the center of the uterus where implantation takes place)
However u shud get tested at ur clinic for which one will be favprable to ur body.
U might also want to avoid any that will mess with ur hormones as fibroid tend to be influenced by our hormones.

About the fibroids, don't think too much about it. 2.cm is small, just keep a healthy lifestyle so it doesn't grow. I don't know if Acv and bsm are safe to take while breastfeeding.....

1...I didn't buy a wardrobe... I bought the 5 layered drawer instead cos it was cheaper, and it's serving me very well...

2...I made a baby cot, and also asked the carpenter to make a drawer beneath it. I keep some of his clothes there too.
I was very angry when I saw that the carpenter made the cot very big (you can put three newborn babies in it. Lol), but I'm thanking God everyday that the carpenter made that mistake, cos when I lay my baby down to sleep and go back to check on him, he has already moved to one far end of the cot, and sometimes, he'll start crying, because he can't move further... Imagine if I leave him on my bed... Na "Gbam, Gbum" I go dey hear for ground everyday...

I also bought a small bassinet (with a net) and put in the parlour, so visitors can see him... But I cover the net oh, so the ones I don't trust can't touch him...

did they tell you the type of fibroid it is? what about the size? what is the location?

i won't worry too much about it. i had the same feeling the first time i was told i had them. as long as they do not affect conception or give you terrible pain, then its more or less a 'see as it goes approach'. i know contraceptives can be prescribed to manage them though but it depends on your doctor's advice. in my case, my doctor was'nt worried about it at all and he proved to be correct as they did not in anyway affect my fertility.

try and get braggs apple cider vinegar and drink it often. it helps with fibroids. i have also heard that blackstrap mollasses works as well but i do not know how to use this.

They claim the fibroid was there at 36 weeks and It didn't show up in any of my previous scans...
I didn't see the consultant who carried out the surgery... I wanted to ask if he didn't see it during the procedure...

It's wrong to use spirit on any stitch - CS or not. Spirit is harsh and does not in anyway aid recovery.

Go to any hospital and have it checked out.

In addition take lots of fruits or vitamin C supplements (you can get 1000mg one a day tablets but make sure you lead the label/packaging to confirm if it's safe to use whilst breastfeeding).

Vitamin C really helps with healing.
