Here's my experience at the just concluded ssc 48 screening at NDA old site Kaduna State.

I arrived Kd a day before the screening date nd hanged around the barrack anxiously waiting for the deal day. At 9am on Monday 14th Oct i reported to the screening venue, we were checked in based on our respective states by some soldiers of the Nigerian Army.
After checking in, we entered the candidate's village where another check was conducted, we were asked to submit all our devices including chargers nd powerbanks, we submitted and tagged them all based on their instructions. After submitting our devices, we proceeded to the final check where we were issued our respective chest number which is everyone's identity in that environment.
We got into another part of the compound where we were asked to sit on the floor according to our states, we sat for hours under the hot Kd sun, at that very moment, I realized that it wasn't gonna be easy 😂😂
After much sitting, biometrics commenced and we were issued beds nd was shown our respective accommodations.
Time for lunch came nd what our eyes saw, our mouths will not speak, 😂😂 we ate what we saw nd we survived 😂
Day 2 was the day the heat started, Dasunnnnn 😂😂😂 a Flying Officer (AP) of the Nigerian Airforce started giving us gbas gbos, we saw shege 😂😂
Midday of day 2, credentials screening nd medical commenced, we the Rivers men nd women did medical before credentials screening, we started medical on Wednesday nd finished on Thursday before proceeding to credentials screening. The medical tests was in phases, X-ray, ECG, Height, weight, BP, eyes, dental, physical tests, blood nd urine tests. After all states has done medical nd credentials screening, we were asked to assemble on Friday at 3am, we assembled and waited till around past 8am when the officers came around. The board chairman addressed the crowd before disqualification commenced.
The first part of disqualification was on credentials, people were called out for inconsistencies in their credentials.
Time for disqualification on medical grounds came nd everyone was anxious 😟, well, medical knocked out over 45% of the candidates that reported for screening. Omo, it was a painful moment, having to see ur friends get disqualified. After the disqualification, we proceeded for the physical examination which includes 3.2km race, push up, sit up nd beam heaving. The 3.2km race was done in cages (1-3) and we all did the running, after running, we did push ups, sit-ups nd beam heaving.
After the completion of the physical test, we moved to another location to take the aptitude test, after so much preparation for the test, we only saw 20 obj questions nd 1 essay, all of which must be answered in 45mins. I started nd finished in time before the expiration of the 45mins.
When we thought the final phase was facing the board, we were asked to do a toxicology test for those who normally take 1 or 2 substances, omo 😂😂
Low nd behold, over 30 persons got knocked out again 😞 but we the lucky ones got to the final phase. 27 persons reported from my state nd only 13 faced the board. We faced the board states by states, in a space of 2mins you're done. Questions are based on your discipline and 1 or 2 general questions. All the board members want to see is ur smartness nd confidence which is really important if you want to become an officer.
After facing the board, we took back our devices nd left the camp to our respective states. It was an awesome experience regardless ✌️✌️
Insha Allah , I'll make the final list 🙏
The 3.2kM is to be run in how many mins?

Also I heard for DSSC phones were allowed is it different for SSC
PoliticsRe: What Exactly Did The Electoral-Act-2022 Say About The Election Results.?? by Ennoloa: 7:50pm On Mar 02, 2023
BluntCrazeMan:
WHAT EXACTLY DID THE ELECTORAL ACT SAY ABOUT THE ELECTION RESULTS.??

***(This piece might be very long, but then, if you really need more insight about the electronic transmission wahalla, and what the Electoral Act really says about it, then you have to try and read through to the end..)

I am going to be dropping the quotes, with little comments after them.

For those that would argue that the INEC Guidelines are not recognised by the Electoral Act.., the Section-148 had provided answers to that argument.

Even though the INEC Guidelines should not override the Electoral Act,, but then, wherever the Electoral Act give powers to the “Commission”, then the words that are contained inside the “INEC Guidelines” and “Manuals” would become the Authentic Law with respect to those sections where the Electoral Act gave powers to the Commission..

Refer back to Section-148..
The “INEC Guidelines” fully prescribed the manner for the “Transmission” of the results. Inside the INEC Guidelines, the INEC made it very clear that they developed a system known as the “Collation Support and Result Verification System” (CSRVS), in order facilitate the “TRANSMISSION” of Results and Accreditation Data.

It should be made very clear at this point; that the Online Results-Viewing Portal (IREV) is just the platform for the public to view the supposed Polling-Units Results that were uploaded to the online viewing portal,, AND NOT THE REQUIRED PLATFORM WHICH THE INEC DEDICATED FOR THE ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION AND COLLATION AND VERIFICATION OF RESULTS, AS POINTED OUT INSIDE THE ELECTORAL ACT.

The platform for the E-transmission and E-collation as required by the Electoral Act is the CSRVS, and not really the IREV.

The Commission, as referred to in this Act, is the INEC.

Refer back to Section-148..
The INEC fully prescribed the manner for the “Transfer” of the results (including the “transfer” of the total number of accredited voters) inside the INEC Guidelines.

Take note of the word “Deliver” in the Section-62(1); which is totally different from the word “Transfer” which was used in Section-60(5)..

***(This might be the ONLY part of the Electoral Act which the INEC-Chairman read, and believed that the Electoral Act provided for ONLY the Manual Delivery of the Results)..

Also note that the Electoral Act also didn't expressly dictate the exact methods of collation to be deployed.
But then, no matter the method of Collation used,, Section-64 should be checks-and-balances tool which must be applied.
And there is a strong penalty for violating Section-64.

NOW, LET US TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT SECTION-64..

A result -- According to Section-64(9) -- is regarded as “False Result” if it didn't follow the procedures specified in Section-64(6)-(a-to-d).. -- which is, Electronic Transmission and Collation, and Verification.

Going by Section-65(1):
It simply means that the returning officer can upturn the decisions of the Presiding Officer, or those of the collation officers if -- within the review period -- there were errors which the returning officer had corrected.

I PURPOSELY DID NOT DROP ANY QUOTES FROM THE “INEC GUIDELINES”..
SO THAT WE WON'T CONFUSE OURSELVES..

ALL THE QUOTES WHICH I HAVE DROPPED HERE ARE ALL QUOTED ENTIRELY FROM THE ELECTORAL ACT OF 2022.

I wonder how INEC want to Appeal itself in court

But it make sense to not have 25% in other states and impose ministers on them right?
What are you mean about that lol?

You already told me the difference between this

Have 25% in 24 States out of 36 and FCT
Have 25% in 24 States out of 36 and THE FCT

The first one is FCT is among the 24 states, the 2nd one is FCT should be treated as a special staus

I've checked it. To be honest it is obvious fct is not a state, so that The is permitted. But is later stated that it should be treated as such nonetheless(state) so that takes us back to sentence number one literally
Don't confuse yourself

FCT is a state that don't elect a Governor... the presiden impose a Minister on them

In democracy you need to be the people choice even tho you are rigging it

You can't have 1% in FCT and impose a Minister for them when they are yet to accept you

That is not democracy

That is why the statement THE FCT and not 25% in 24 States and FCT

The first sentence :
When you say ``Jesus is my lord and Savior ``
In this case my Lord is also my savior.

SO fct is also a state!

The second sentence is not correct! Go and ask any English major.

If you claim fct is not treated as a state then we should have something like "have 25% in both fct and 24 states" since they are different entity.
You say it's not correct but its the sentence that's on the constitution which is this

he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

or constitution sentence is not correct according to a Prof like you

I agree with your first explanation tho 100%

Ask you self if FCT have Governor

So if FCT gave a President 1% and he won in the rest states

He can impose a Minister for them

Is that democracy?

That is Unitary Government

The people will need to be considered that's why the constitution state "AND" FCT

If not it would have just said 25% in all the state of the federation
PoliticsAPC Biggest Mistake In This Election Is?? by Ennoloa(op): 10:07pm On Feb 28, 2023
Biggest mistake for APC is forgetting to rig Abuja

There was no need to even rig Rivers

Without Rivers state votes

APC would have still won

If they use those resources on Abuja, there would be nothing like you need 25% or blah bla bla [Misinterpreatation of the Constitution]

Why 25% in Abuja is compulsory is it just because we are in a Democratic regime

If Abuja elects its own Governor that's different but the President impose a Minister on them

Imagine a President getting just 5% and imposing a Minster for them [That's not Democracy]

Why should getting 25% in Abuja a must when other states don't have such
That's why he needs 25% in each state

This means even tho 75% in that state don't trust or like the President, 25% are okay with the President

if Abuja elect its own Governor its different but their Governor or per say Minister is imposed on them whether they like the president or not

That's why the President needs at least 25% in Abuja also....
