At the moment I know HND and 2-2 guys without masters are automatically screened out already.

I think everyone who made it past the 75% cut off got mail tho.

Some people with strong connect that did not reach 75% pass mark got the mail also.

From the ES lips himself. He's currently in Abuja, I know there were at least two of us that met him yesterday. Someone else plans to go see him today.

- 250 total recruits (he didn't make mention of contract staff and was not asked)

- 100 on merit

- 150 to be shared for top government officials

-75% cut off was used for the merit selection

-Next steps emails (he didn't state categorically but we all just assumed it was interview mails) is expected to start dropping from 1st week of March

- He expects the whole process to be done by March ending

Personal observations: We asked about people that got the emails and what it means and he didn't really answer that directly. From all the talk, I got the impression that they've moved to the next level. A regular staff present at the office yesterday at BOI through gist told us that the emails were sent to both merit and also sent to some people that didn't meet cut off but had strong connections and it's low-key documentation too. I don't know how true but that's the gist the girl gave us.

We asked if there's anyway he can help and he asked our scores and said if you didn't meet the cut off there's nothing he can do. Also if you have strong strong connect and you didn't do too terrible in the exams, try your luck maybe you might not be currently on the list but might have a chance before the emails get sent out.

He didn't specify what number of EH and GT 's and tbh nobody asked, that didn't seem like a priority to anybody there at that moment.

He mentioned nothing of federal character or quota or numbers per state and we didn't ask too (not to say that it won't be factored in o). I'm just trying to touch on all the possible areas.

At bolded, do they do documentation before interview or after interview?

Since it is low key documentation, is offer letter gonna come out next or interview?

If you are opportune to meet any of them again, please help us ask this questions?

I used the one from NCP
I don't think it matters though

Because during the last recruitment, people without it got invited for the test.

It is best you mail them, on the site you will see their support mail. It is best you mail them now so you can get a feedback before the end of tomorrow since it is closing tomorrow.

100 slots has been thrown to the public because of ES insisted on merit base (best performance) while the rest has been distributed already.

Also how many do they wanna employ at the end? Because if 100 was left for merit, that means more of connection will be accepted.

I personally meet some guys today on their way to the Speaker Office, with their Test Score print out and their documents, I had to confront them, they said they were short changed during the test and the speaker had asked them to come today.

Some members are already about laying a petition on the Senate floor about the exercise and calling for outright cancellation ( where lobbying start)..

which agency will want to cancel such exams with so much resources expended already, most likely the ES will have to dish out some slots to save himself from unnecessary Abuja/Bayelsa up and down

Intense lobbying already going on in National Assembly, the info I got today was that, the Leadership of the National Assembly has requested for slots from the board, Though the ES is yet to communicate back to NASS.

On top how many people they want to employ, they are still lobbying for slot..

If you are sad with this whole NCDMB process then go and apply for another organization and stop frustrating us with your complains.

For the ones that are not as smart as 75% above crew then go and start hustling for connect. All this nagging won’t stop them from sharing appointment letter when the time is due.

This was not necessary though, the points you were passing could have been passed across in a better way without demeaning anyone.
