I had This dream last night.

I was in a long Bus traveling to the east with many people in the bus. we got to the middle of the journey, some passengers needed to come down from the bus, I had to go down in order to give them chance to pass.

Immediately I entered the bus back, I was standing and looking at the beautiful road and environment. When I turned back to sit down on my sit, behold someone else has taken over my sit, so I decided to site on the only available empty site.

immediately I Sat on the sit, a little girl of about 4 years old who was sitting on her mother's lap intentionally put her leg on my lap. Her mother warn her to get leg off me, but I told the mother to leave her that she is a free girl.

After I said the little girl is a free girl, One of the two twins who was sitting behind me tap my back and said that she knows me and if I know her too. I immediately told her No, but she still insisted that she knows me and she will like to have my phone number. She brought out her phone and handle it to me to input my phone number but I could not type in my phone number until someone inside the bus offer to assist me then I woke up feeling very Happy.

Yes FirstBank sacked more than 2,000 contract staff across all the beaches in Nigeria. the most affected contract staffs are those who have worked for 7 years above and salary is above 70,000

This happening because association of senior staff bankers are commencing strike on January 2, 2020 to demand for salary increment. So first bank is trying to lay off some contract staffs to cut cost.

Though firstbank will employ many new contract staffs but the salary will be reduce greatly.

This means we the trader will go in the direction of the 60 buyers. The question now is, how do we figure out where the 60 buyers are. To figure such out, we call it volume. Which means the volume of buyers are higher than sellers. Sometimes this can also be called trend but truth is, trend and volume are two different things.
We can have a 60% buyer in a market but not have a trend. So for us to figure out the right volume. We use what we call volume indicator unfortunately.

we follow the trend. What this means is , we follow the direction of the market. To identify the trend, traders use what we call RSI also called relative strength index. This RSI can be modified for best signals however they are not 100% accurate but if well modified, you can get the best out of it.
The best settings I know off is having the RSI set at 50. This is still by far the best settings used.

The last important part in trading is confirmation of breakout. This is mostly applied in support and resistance levels. I will be back shortly to post a few pictures to prove my points.

I don't use any decoder so I can't help you answer this question. I will advice you to make more research about this decoder to know if meet your need before you buy.
