I really like N4$ and has been transacting with them since 2007, I am sure OP wasnt scammed by N4$, but i have noticed a severe reluctance by Naira4Dollar and their team towards refunding or even replying Customers.

Customer Service is really a very great tool in this online business. Order ID 100406978 has remain untreated since October 6,2016 after more than 20 Emails and web forms. You seriously suck at Customer Service. I didnt want to escalate issues because of the long Customer relationship I have enjoyed with you over the years, so please make it a point of duty to have a fleet of customer service personnel.

In the case of the OP, he said he has transacted with you many other times on that facebook id, I remember back in the days when clients transacted with u in such manners, I called u over the phone and transferred funds to your account severally, so please try to contact the client and treat this case with a great sense of Urgency.

It was the treatment/response I got from his surulere office that make me open this threat. Those staff have no time for you except you want to buy e-currency in their office, any other issues don't matter to them.

I read someone ask how did the scammer fund the complainant the first time He/she placed order

It's simple. Identify the difference between the 1st and supposed 2nd Order. The first order as the complainant claimed was through our website and he/she was funded by us because HE PLACED THE ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE AND WAS FUNDED BY US AND NOT ANY SCAMMER. The second supposed payment, HE/SHE DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE, HE/SHE APPROACHED A SCAMMER WHO ASKED HIM/HER TO PAY, THEN USED HIS/HER PAYMENT DETAILS TO CLAIM THE BTC FROM OUR WEBSITE.

The difference is clear, we did our job when due process was followed.

We are also interested in identifying the scammer and will take legal actions. First step, we need to identify you as our customer if truly you were scammed. You can also visit any of our 7 offices.

Like we always warn, we don't and have never taken orders outside our office or website. You were a victim on an internet scammer who created a fake facebook account to lure people. There has always been warning on our site and social accounts but you decided to ignore and deal with scammers.

Are you asking me to give you the scammer member ID? which you fully know that I don't know it. you can trace and identify all your customers including the scammer member ID by checking the order alert they sent to you as they place order on your site

I made payment in naira4dollar on monday to credit my account with $220 and I'd 96850 naira then the exchage rate was #440/$1, since they have not credited my perfect money account. Have contacted them thru email and phone calls no respond to email and all phone number numbers I tried to reach was switched off.

I put up this threat because I could not believe a scammer can scam me using Naira4dollar account number.

point 1: his account number his associated in the scam deal

Naira4dollar has fully accepted that The money I sent was credited into his account but one of his customer (scammer ) use the transaction details to claim the btc.

Every one here has ask Naira4dollar to use the transaction details I submitted to trace the person (scammer) account and inform us he has details of the scammer so that we can track the scammer down with security agent.

why is he so difficult for him to speak he has trace the scammer account.

If naira4dollar say he is not the person that scam me. As the owner of the company having access to all his customer's information including order placement. he should have pick the transaction details I submited, trace the person account who use that details to claim the btc. then come here to tell me he has seen the person account who bought btc with that transaction details. then we will then take it from there and get security agent involve to track the scammer.

But if Naira4dollar fail to tell me he has locate the person account who bought btc using the same transaction details I submitted so that we can get security agent involve means he is the one who scam me and try to play smart

Naira4dollar has run away from this threat since 8am which I don't think any company owner who value his business will do knowing that his business is at stake. He would have done everything possible to trace the scammer account

You are very right but not in the case of a scammer or thief. I don't think any company will catch a thief or scammer who scam his customers hide his information from the public
