Just ensure to start feeding ur baby properly on demand or every 2-3hrs with breastmilk and formula.
Take note of the weight now and then check again in another say 2 weeks...The difference in weight will let U know how his feeding is impacting his weight.

There is nothing wrong in giving formula alongside breastmilk if u have lactation issues
The most important thing is that your baby is eating well and gaining the adequate weight.

You can take your baby to the hospital to get it checked out properly.

Please my baby has been coughing for over a week now, have given her vit c, cough drpos. still no improvement. The cough is not constantly, but it's lengthy, like some second before she stop and she doesn't have any fever.

I notice when she finished sucking, that when she started the cough and she's on EBF., Though I have cough too

I don't know maybe I should stop giving her breast and introduce formula for her..don't just know what to do.

Please do not stop breastfeeding your baby because she has a cough. Trust me, the cough will run its course and your baby will be fine pretty soon. Try and cover your mouth when you cough around her, if you can't totally move away.
Have you seen a paediatrician? maybe he/she will help calm your fears and probably prescribe something after running the necessary tests.

Please mama i still need help in building my breastmilk supply. My baby is just going to be 1month in few days. I Ve been doing a lot of pumping cos she hardly suck enough to fill her and even d pumping sef not dat i get a lot of milk.. pls ve tried taking breastfeeding cookies, palm wine, coconut, i take pap daily. How often do u pump or put ur baby to breast to suck?
U need to do this as often as up to 8-10 times daily, sounds like a very tough call but building steady breastmilk supply requires a lot of effort.
Try pumping when baby is asleep and put baby to breast when u r not pumping.

Water is also very important....Are u drinking up to 3 litres of water per day?

well from the little I know extracting or pumping makes breast milk dry so u need to feed the baby directly instead of pumping

THIS IS NOT TRUE...habaaa!!!
on the contrary, pumping and extracting breastmilk using a pump when baby isn't sucking (maybe cos baby is asleep) helps boost milk supply.

The pumping mimics baby sucking and this signals ur brain/hormones to make more milk to match up what is being taken out via sucking/pumping/extraction
