Pls if u r still breastfeeding ur LO, U ll have to put a hold on the program for now till u have weaned ur LO.

U guys understand how valuable Brea..stmilk is to our babies and we won't want to compromise our supply which we have worked hard to establish
Everything I did pertaining to weightloss was after I weaned, cos I didn't wanna deprive my baby of the nutrients she needs.

Like I stated earlier, I'm not an expert n I'll be working with my little experience, so Pls bear with me.
U can always holla when u have weaned, and we'll take it up from there

For mamas that have weaned or are not breastfeeding anymore, Pls send me a Pm.. I wanna collate so that I can know how many we r.

I’m enjoying the little additional ikebe wey I get. I don’t even know my present weight.

My biggest challenge is portion control. I can eat half loaf of bread with a big cup of tea and two plates of rice at a go. When I see some of you complaining of your light feather weight I just dey smile.

OK... I forgot to add that I was waiting to wean my daughter b4 embarking on any weightloss ish, and thankfully she self-weaned at 10months+.

I do green tea and apple cider vinegar (or infused lemon water) on a daily to help detox my system, and I honestly don't know if that is good for a nursing mother

I'm thinking portion control and abs/tummy exercises alone should work...
We can only try and see if it works...
Let me add that the hardest places to lose (from my experience) are tummy and arms. Their progress rate may seem slower as compared to other body parts so U go need to 'wear patience like a cloak while working on either of them'
