Hi mamas, u all have been wonderful this year 2017 but God has been terribly faithful to us all as a group and as individuals. Some of us entered this year with morning sickness, some waddling and some on bedrest awaiting their Los and here we are celebrating them reaching each milestone(sitting, crawling, standing and walking) per time. No child was lost, no mother and Dh missing. There were rise in temp, catarrh, cough and fever but God saw them through. Some mamas where able to snap back to their pp weight in no time . Our own mamas helping corner started with wonderful gift to different people. The list is endless. Is God not faithful?

Then, I need help! I'm suffering separation anxiety! My little baby is just 4 months old. I'm supposed to resume work on Tuesday. No plans yet for him; no creche no nanny. Don't want to leave him yet I haven't got a choice... I'm almost depressed. Help help help

Hello ladies ...... So I have ported again.

Had my baby girl on the 27th Dec. @ 33weeks. had to be put in an incubator. It's so heart breaking seeing her like that. can't hold or touch. Grateful she is alive.

I need a good breast pump. no idea how much it goes for
manual / electric.

trying not to be depressed.

I’m serious about this losing weight. Thank God I’ll soon introduce solid food to my baby. I’ve bought jumping/skipping rope too.

HaHaha, zaynie I have seen photos of you and you are a very beautiful woman, smart and confident, I admire you alot, I don't even think anyone can cyber bully or body shame you. I would absolutely have loved for enque to pair us, I would motivate and push you to your goal weight, because I love you very much , but I can't join the weight-loss group now because I'm still breast feeding.

Here is a photo I just took to motivate you, I should add that I have 3 children between ages 10yrs - 6months old, so you know if I can do it, you can too, .
I am in my mother's kitchen in Enugu so you can't comman beat me.

Compliments of the season mums. I have some creche related questions.
1. What is the appropriate wear for creche for a 4months old? Is bodysuit okay? Or regular shorts and shirts i.e. outing clothes? How many changes of clothes should be packed?

2. How many feeding bottles can I pack? Since they'll make the formula when he needs it? Right now we do 150ml formula after morning bath then breastfeeding through out the day on demand .. how many formula feeding do I pack until 5pm?

3. I sterilize using Milton tablet in a bucket of water; how can dat work with creche? Except I remove the bottles from the water and keep unsterilized in his diaper bag?

P.S. Still on the lookout for creche in aguda surulere area

Dear enque I love your diary, and I never miss your updates, that is because,I love to keep fit too, and I love mommies who take care of their bodies. I love how you are carrying us along here, and helping mommas get their sexy back. I had my baby in june and I started working out in august, and my breast milk supply has not been affected in any way, please allow mommies who are breastfeeding join in, and if it in any way affects their supply, they will know and withdraw.im asking you to reconsider because, I belive the longer you keep the baby weight, the harder it becomes to fight off, love you and thank you in advance, on behalf of breast feeding mommas.
