the test should be about 50 questions 50/40 mins.25 quantitative reasoning(graphs and tables from which questions are asked) and 25 critical reasoning(passages with true, false or cant tell options). the y may not give u as much as the time they are supposed to give u so u gatz dey very fast.best of luck to you all.

i dont think there\s really a test format to the guinness stuf. did their trial test and the questions i answered were just general questions. i guess the time given is that much cos its an online test and they had to take cognizance of the time it will take the pages to be loading. i think just having a general knowledge and praying for Gods grace is what is important. anybody doing the test before august 5 or the morning of august 5 should please lets know what the test was like after doing it. i've discovered a scam-like situation going on within we nairalanders. a lot of folks use nairaland for getting info about aptitude tests,interviews,job vacancies,formats e.t.c but some just keep shortchanging the rest of us.they never post relevant info for others to use and when they talk about tests its just to ask for format and notin more. they never want others to know the venue,sate and time. met a lot of guys at job tests and they claim they get info from the rest of us here and neer give back. some will even ask us for test format(like the person that went for that spring bank test) and will not be willing to lets know the venue of the test.its really annoying and makes sum1 like me consider not givingout the little i have. i don speak my mind.

spring bank is a nice place towork(so says a friend who wors there) depending on the level and the department. i think u should do the test and if you pass go for the interview. see what they will offer u befroe u decide on what to do and while doing the test and interview make friends with those working there already who can tell u what really obtains there. by the way can u send me the venue and time of the test. i go like to gatecrash. thanks so much my no. is 08078007475
