as a newbie, its best to start with Rise/Fall.

You can explore the other options after mastering that one.

Optimisticgondy: Thanks i'm grateful for the info. I have a LR account which i fund through some exchangers here in Nigeria but i haven't made use gtb mastercard before. Which do you think is cheaper to fund between the two? LR or gtb mastercard?

i believe gtb exchanges for about N163 while LR sells for about N180 to N190 per usd.

mckemsoc: I use forexfactory in monitorin τ̲̅ђe rise/fall of some world currencies ƉƐƞ 4rm dia i'll knw which currency †☺ bet on @ a particular tym. Wot of Ɣ☺u? Whch method of analysis do Ɣ☺u use?

1. I use the BOM Charts and Intraday Prices to monitor currency prices, for personal reasons.

2. For Indices, i rely on financial news while for commodities i rely on news and Analysts' Reports.

My reason is that indices and commodities close at end of day, so i can afford to be lazy and not study charts/prices myself. Quite unlike the forex market where every second counts. By the time you get the news for forex sometimes, its already old.

Thats my own strategy sha. Others have theirs.

Zeddicus: True that. Minus currencies and Commodities, everyother thing is crappy..at least for me though. Yesterday deals were great.

Even though its bad practice, 1 well placed buy can make up for previous losses. It can also wipe out the entire account!

I do Forex, Commodities and Indices (Wall Street, Japan, etc) in that order.

I strongly suspect they manipulate their Random Indices, so i stay away from it. Besides, theres no data for it to base fundamental analysis on.

Forex market does not open on weekends, but we can trade commodities and random indices over the weekends.

While we are waiting for the gurus to drop signals,

1. Those who are scalping can post their results

2. The rest of us can listen to cnn, bloomberg, cnbc, etc and post financial news that can aid in market and fundamental analysis.

Anything you hear and you think can affect market prices, bring it here lets discuss and analyze together.

Its better to have 40 people dropping signals than just 4 people.

If you've also learnt any strategy while researching, you can also share it with the rest of us.

Zeddicus: For all those asking what its all about, kindly use Google! Come on!! Must we ask for everything? in fact, you can use the strategies you learnt in Forex trading to become a champion in BinOps.
