In case of next time, first aid treatment for such burns is to keep the hand under running wanter for about 10 minutes. If you dont have running water get a bucket of water use a cup to pour gradually on the affected area. Gently.

Don't rub or clean the spot. Don't place anything on it. Just pour water gently and consistently for about 10minutes.

The cool water will counteract the effect of the heat, untill it siezes to burn. Trust me, if you do this there will be no blisters.

As for the current situation, Aloe Vera works well for burns, but if there is no improvement please take him to the hospital.

Sorry about that! Look for a nurse to dress it up, if its difficult finding a nurse. This is a DIY dressing process.
Go to a pharmacy; buy 1 chloraphenicol injection powder, blueseal Vaseline, normal saline drip water, sterile gauze bandage cotton wool
Mix the injection powder into the Vaseline. Clean the burnt area with cotton wool dip in saline water. Apply the mixed Vaseline ointment very generously (p.s emphasis on generously) to the affected areas and dress it loosely with sterilised gauze bandage. Repeat dressing every two days.
Please avoid GV ink. Dermazin is effective when the wound is healed, its applied to prevent scarring and create a uniform skin tone. It doesn't heal fresh wound.

Good day all, Please I will like to know home made remedy that can be applied to heal the burnt on my little child hand, he accidentally put hand inside hot Semolina and this got his hand burnt and later formed blisters, we have applied penicillin ointment, give him amplicox syrup and we are at the verge of buying dermacin cream now... it's one week now since the incident happened and we don't tends to see much improvement, we didn't want to go to hospital due to the present situation in the nation... please, is there anything that we can buy and apply as an addition to heal up the wound faster as I don't like the odour coming out of the hand at times....

Yes, I will definitely... None of us people show face at the police station, they have charged him to court as he confessed to the crime... He is in the Prison presently in the order of the court..They are waiting for his other family members to see if the cousin will agree he be given another land so that I can take full possession of the land or the guy will pay all I have spent on the land. My Building has reached Lintel level already as I am. planning to move in there this December ending before.

Let the man look for another land for his cousin.

If there's no land, let him arrange payment for his cousin.

If he can't do that, let the police charge him to court and let him be remanded in prison custody.

Whatever you do, don't let him push you to settle with his cousin. If you fall for that, he would give you the runaround while his cousin makes you miserable.
