Wondering why EXPRESS mail takes 4 to 5 days to arrive Nigeria and why all this Customs crap. STRUUPES. Everytime I go to the post office they explain the same thing over and over again but I still don't get it .

1 box  macaroni and cheese
1 small tin of corn
1 small tin of Bean chili
1 small tin corn beef
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
Onion (chopped finely)
Sweet pepper (chopped finely)
Raisins (Optional)

Method

Boil Macaroni  and add cheese
Add all ingredients and mix well
Pour into a grease pan
Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs
Bake until done (350 degrees) or when tester/toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean (approx. 20 minutes)

30 Day Cake

Y'all interested in making a 30 day cake with me.  It's fun, it's cheap and you are going to love/enjoy doing it. PROMISE. It's very simple and it's not alot of work. All you have to do is add an ingredient either daily or weekly - the rest days, you stir.  Then you bake it on 30th day.  Let me know if y'all interested.  If yes, we can start it on April 20, 2009.  I'll post the ingredients and I'll tell you what to do everyday. (The good thing about this cake, you have all the ingredients in your home)  You don't have to refrigerate while making it and it's NOT going to spoil. Thats what make it so special

Thanks Toyo, I can always depend on your honest opinion whether good or bad. About substituting strawberry or apple, I see no harm in doing that.
