Same experience I had, When I called them last week, Only thing I did was to go to www.dhl.com, put the 10- digit tracking number and then added my phone number and email for update notifications..

Yesterday I got notification it has been delivered to lagos office, this morning i got another text message it was out for delivery around 8:30am, in less than 10 minutes i got a call from DHL they were at my office for delivery here in Abuja. (my body de itch me to ditch work begin go house to install lol!)

So, I am sure you will be fine las las, It seems the item gets updated once it gets to their lagos office because the initial tracking from Starlink shows no useful info.

I did same too , added my number and email to notification on DHL website and when I got my Starlink yesterday , my number was on the box. The delivery driver had over 20 Starlink in the van to deliver for that yesterday

Thanks, called DHL, they said the item is yet to get to them. Surprised cause it shows shipped since on the 24th

Go into DHL website and put in your tracking number , then add your number and email for notification . Starlink normally create and invoice and then say shipped while they configure the system for you . the day they will drop the equipment with DHL , if will be with DHL for a day pending Starling paying DHL for shipment . If you turn on the notification, you will see all that

Please don't expect much from satellite internet , we should know better than this and stop discussing ping . I have Konnect vsat from cool link and my ping is 800ms on average and I still prefer it to having internet from MTN and co. My downtime for 1 year has only been 24 hours.

Fibre internet is the best but I prefer starlink as I can move around states and villages with it
