If the former CNS is dissatisfied with the decision of the FCT minister, he should approach the court and not resort to self help. Obstructing FCT officials including preventing the minister from accessing the land in such a rude and unprofessional manner is unacceptable. Those soldiers should be made to face disciplinary action immediately.
