She's a selfish mother and a hypocrite. Whatever standard she thought she had crumbled simply because the son's tattoo was designed with her name.

This is the same way some parents turn blind eyes because they benefit from their children's proceeds of oloshoism and yahooism.

BTW, it's intriguing the level of comfort people have divulging family businesses on social media to strangers who give no give no F but only use your family gist as entertainment. I'm not judging; I'm only amused.

Do you think he would have won without normal way of Nigeria politics?

He contested with incubent party. APC have the power and their governors are the majority, they delivered for him. INEC chairman, CJN, Army chiefs are all appointed by APC and they are loyal to them.

If we are to go on neutral election, both Obi and Atiku would have scored more vote by far ahead of him.
You Obi should also win election and recontest as incumbent. Person chased away the sitting president of the most populous black nation on earth and you re here mouthing nonsense. Again, you are [redacted].

Tinubi should have contested with ACN to atleast taste his popularity let's know if he would have gotten 800k votes.

@least Obi tasted his popularity with small party (LP) and scored 6M votes, yet some of you believed North hate him undecided

Without APC, do you think tinubu can win one state in the North when Atiku is on the race?
Guy, you too dull Abeg.

You're just like a loser complaining about his PS4 controller.

Wasn't it the same ACN he used to win the election? ACN + CPC which produce Buhari and Tinubu.

Person grew AD to AC to ACN to APC, contest presidency once in his entire life and won and you are telling him to test his popularity. Lmaoooo. Dude, you are [reacted].

You guys keep shouting about 6m votes. Lmaoooo. Of what use is the 6m votes if it's not enough to win. Even Buhari consistently scored 12m votes the previous times he won. And out of the 6m votes, how many came from the 95% of all votes given to him the SE? We will test that popularity of Obi in 2027 and that Lagos win una dey always lap dance about.

He won just 1 state in the SS (which was actually heavily rigged by Wike)

He won 4 out of 6 SW States

He won 0 in the SE

The little goodwill he enjoyed even among his Yoruba tribe, he has eroded through the suffering he brought upon thr masses.

This your over hyped tinubu is having hope because we all know that Nigeria election doesn't reflect to people's choice

If votes counts, do you think Tinubu will waste his money to contest?

Even goat can win him with the way he is hated by other tribes.

Only yorubas are hyping and supporting him.

Normally tinubu supposed to win via the Nigeria type of election unless the oppositions goes for war after he manipulates the results as usual and may be remove him with force. Because once it enter violence, yoruba will back out, forget all these online noise.
It's not hype. It's simply politics wrt to the Nigeria context. The opposition's very one shot to stop him was in 2023.

If only the man from Dubai can just sacrifice his aspirations of becoming the President of Nigeria and choose to be Obi's VP, then after Obi runs one term, he can run again when it's the North's turn and become President by 100yrs old.

Either way they're fvcked cheesy
Atiku can never be a VP again in Nigeria. Obi destroyed Atiku's chance to become president in 2023, why would Atiku now back him to become president?

Amaechi has a better chance of clinching the ticket if they zone to the south. And he will give Tinubu a better run for his money than Obi. The APC already know Obi game - he was a force they didn't see on their blindspot; that won't happen again in 2027. The way I see it, Obi will run independently and divide the SS votes again. He will take most of the SE votes, a portion of SS and NC, nothing for him in SW and North.

Amaechi will take a big portion of SS, nothing for him in the SE, SW, and NC, and NW.

Tinubu will clinch most of SW votes, a portion of SS, win NC with landslide, with Buhari's backing in the NW, take most of the NW votes and half or 1/3rd of NE votes.

There's no pathway for victory for opposition. And if they field a southerner self, it's very for APC to demarket him. One, they will tell the Northerners to remember GEJ didn't abide to the one term agreement, and that a new Southern president will spend another 8 years - having a shot at the presidency in 4 year time instead of 8 aligns best with the power brokers in the North.

There's a reason that coalition is yet to gain root more than 6 months after Atiku started talking about it. And if you noticed, Amaechi suddenly came out of nowhere to become the face of the coalition. That's to tell you they've abandoned Obi.

Politics is not noise on social media.

That is what I am saying.
Nigerians never take anything serious. They play the fiddle while their lives and lifetime of which they have only one goes up in smoke.

Tomorrow they will hope someone from a more successful country built by more dertermined people will come bail them out with debts or investment when they cannot see to the success of their neighbors.

Any by the way what is the guarantee that the next venture will be a success when there is no light at the end of the economic tunnel, when there is no tract record of leadership improving the fortunes of the country. He will be condemned to a life of 100 million dollar gambles until he looks for fertile countries to invest in.

Nigerians should sit up and start exerting pressure to bring about a real transformation of this country by restructuring and revolution.
I agree with you. Another perspective, there are very lucrative businesses that will more than thrive with a $100m war chest in this country. If I have that kind of arsenal, I will cater to Nigerians' need not want. Streaming platform like IrokoTv just doesn't sit right with this country at the moment. Some things that should be basic like this are luxuries in this area. Even giants like Netflix struggles. Spotify and Apple Music seems like the only platform doing well here. Hummmm... music platforms. I'd love to know the best performing niche in Nigeria between the movie and music industry.

All these years, people still don't understand how Tinubu thinks. After GEJ, El-Rufai, una never learn. Tinubu is an expert manipulator at a ridiculously high level. An Obi can snub in public because of grievance, not Tinubu.

Also safe to say Fubara is coming to APC or will work for Tinubu in 2027 if he chose to stick with PDP.

Sports › Re: Osimhen Asks For 5-year Contract And €100m To Stay At Galatasaray by EponObi(f): 7:54pm On Jun 03, 2025
This guy sha. Too full of himself.

One, with him or not, Galatasaray will win 80% of the leagues until 2030. They are not going to win the champions league within the same period. So why should they pay him €100m. Osimhen is overestimating himself. Even PSG and Man City can't roll out such money for a player like him.

Two, with this kind of attitude and demand, European clubs in the top league might start looking else where if he was initially on their radar.

Three, if Galatasaray refuses the deal and releases him, he's in trouble. His value will plummet. First, Napoli showed him the door, then Chelsea backed out from signing him at the last minutes last season, then Galatasaray showing him the door this time around. Too much garbage for a African player. I don't even know who advises him - he should limit the way roll with those twitter banger boys. He sure reasons like them.

And yes I think reason European clubs are avoiding him despite being hot right now is because of age falsification like people already said in this thread. No way Osimhen isn't older than 26.
Politics › Re: Opposition Coalition Move To Register New Party As Stakeholders Abandon ADC, SDP by EponObi(f): 12:39pm On Jun 01, 2025
When Tinubu's ACN and Buhari's CPC were forming their coalition, no one heard any noise on the media. In fact, GEJ and PDP didn't see their potency coming. These set of opposition are more concerned about making media noise than actually getting their hands dirty and working. More than 6 months when coalition talk started, they are still planning to register a new party, whereas they are loggerhead at who will get the ticket. This also shows they don't have any plan, if not El-Rufai won't have rushed out of APC into SDP (people will soon realize the kind of featherweight politician that is El-Rufai lmaoo). Then ADC came up. Lmaooo. cheesy

The simplest part of their journey is actually forming the coalition but they're fumbling this bad. Lol. No direction, no plan. When they eventually form the coalition, we go see seasonal movie as varying interests will clash. One thing that makes Tinubu head and shoulders above all of them from Atiku down to Aregbe is sacrifice and delayed gratification. I won't say more.
