Hello Waterway,

Myself and my friend also brought plots of Land at Victory Estate since early 2016. They are yet allocate the land but demanding for developmental fees from a land they are yet to allocate.

Everytime you call the Manager, she will either tell you to call back or will not pick your calls afterwards.

Can someone assist to investigate or check if Kayode Obembe is credible or scammer because other developers that sold (later) around the area have started their Land allocation?

Waterway:
Anyone on this forum have information on Victory Estate, Lekki FTZ. The developer is Kayode Obembe. Is this developer credible. I bought plots from this company in 2016 and yet until date, no allocations of plots. Now in 2019 , the company wants developmental fee ( more money ) which was not disclosed upfront. The company says allocation to be made after developmental fees paid. Is this company credible..??.

Celebrities / Re: DJ Cuppy's Grandmother, Lady Doja, Excited About Her Baby Lion by EqUalJustice: 11:37am On Dec 13, 2019
Is there any changes to the the Nigeria Rules/Laws that Wild Animals can now be domesticated now?

Is it that the rule is for certain class of people in Nigeria? The last time I checked, One gov't agencies had to remove grown Lion in Lagos state back to zoo within this year 2019. And news was in the air that's a criminal offense. Same should be applicable here.

If anyone's interested in rearing lion or any wild animals, he/she should create/establish a Zoo where it can be done and all measures put in place. This impunity by certain class of people should stop.

Travel / Re: 524 Roads And Bridges That Buhari Is Constructing In Nigeria (see The List) by EqUalJustice: 8:46am On Dec 05, 2019
The list is missing one of the most important Road project that is not on the list and needs urgent attention.

It's the Eleme - Onne Road in Rivers State.

This road leads to the Oil and gas Companies that generates huge fund for Nigeria and it's in a dilapidated state now.

Few of the Companies includes

1) Port Harcourt Refining Company
2) Indorama Petrochemical (formerly Eleme Petrochemical Ltd)

3) Federal Ocean Terminal and Federal Light Ports Terminal that houses Intel's and other Major Oil Operators and Servicing Companies.

- The heavy trucks alone exert so much pressure and stress to those plying the road.

4) Dangote Companies are springing up on the Port Terminals.

5) other Indigenous Companies are along the Road.

It's unfortunate that, it's only one road that leads to One from Port Harcourt. So, in case of ant issue with the Akpajo Bridge, One and part of Eleme will be cut-off from Port Harcourt city.

AutoJoshNG:
The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, recently revealed that the Buhari administration is currently undertaking 524 road and bridge construction projects across the country.

Business / Re: Tolaram Group To Build Biggest Regional Port In Lagos by EqUalJustice: 4:52pm On Oct 22, 2019
Yes, but in my own opinion, I think the development needs to spread to other Locations like Ondo State, Edo, Delta, Rivers, Cross River and Akwa Ibom.

These states are also close to the sea, they can have sea ports too.

The way Lagos is going, the population explosion could be uncontrollable. Except if they want to make Lagos as Industrial sites while other states will just be Residential states only (where people will transit daily via trains).

At the end, Lagos would be an industrial hub.

Are you unaware some communities prevent infrastructural development for the sake of settlement of the youth?

This is very good that we are probing the sources of wealth in our Leaders.

My questions are;

- Why is it that it's coming out at this particular point in time?

- is it that After Oando, the next one is Alpha Beta because of 2023?

- Could this be related to 2023 permutations?

- We need to check others from the other parts of the Country (North, South, East, West, North Central, etc).

- Former Ministers, SSA, Senators, etc.

The question is that, are there no corrupt politicians from the other parts of the country except the South?

Government agencies needs to be non partisan in the discharge of their duties.

I think they need to declare state of emergency in some of these states especially Zamfara, Borno and Adamawa.

The FG needs to put politics aside and root out the bandits in this states.

You can't continue to do same thing all the time and expect different results.
Travel / Re: Egina FPSO Sails To Offshore Field by EqUalJustice: 8:37pm On Aug 27, 2018
Agreed, that the Egina Project was awarded during GEJ regime, Buhari government/TOTAL have tried to ensure that the Egina Project progresses despite fluctuations in Oil Prices.

Buhari government now needs to ensure award of new Subsea Project's like the Bonga South West/Aparo Project.

Also, ENI ZABAZABA Project under litigation needs to be resolved among the Parties.

Nigeria needs more Projects to get the Oil & Gas industry busy. The local companies and Trained Nigerians through the Local Content scheme needs to be engaged.

Congratulations to TOTAL for this milestone. Additional 200,000 barrel/day oil production is a big plus to oil and gas sector.
