Lol... The greatest asset of America is information. American citizens are not equal. The only thing that will make America expend forces to rescue you is because you have information they need which they don't want to get into the enemy's hands, so most likely dude and his wife were spies. |
Y'all benefit from VAT from Lagos but expect the same focus as Lagos? Is that not stupidity? |
Appletek:Lol... I guess they do it because of people like you that have difficulty comprehending issues. By the time you read the same thing 5 times, maybe it'll stick somehow. I understand now. |
Why does nairaland keep repeating the same article in bits on Frontpage? Its starting to get really annoying. |
Nigerian universities need a total overhaul. Lecturers need to be answerable to an independent higher authority. The 'god' complex is not part of it at all. You don't fail in Nigerian universities because you're not brilliant, you fail because of other factors asides your brain. It's sad and one of the reasons why the most successful people from federal unis are not successful in courses they studied but in something else. Something else they made their plan B when uni frustrated them. |
We'll be here when the possessiveness starts. I hope it doesn't get violent. They'll see all the red flags and still dive in head first. |
International relations in the mud. Simple question... If the president isn't meant to go on trips, what then is the use of the vice president. How does the president traveling change anything happening back home? He has been around all these while, what changed? Like I always say, we are not ready. When we are, we'll start focusing on discussions that really matter and not just chasing shadows. |
HeadBoy9:I'm reading what you wrote and it's difficult to believe it wasn't written by a boy in primary school. I'll always say this, Nigerians deserve the leaders they get. How will a grown man reason this way? Damn! |
bolaayenimo:Lol... Una never ready. Lol... Nigerians and their messed up thought process. Lol. |
tito44:Just like I suspected. A badly brought up mannerless buffoon. |
SeraphicWind:No matter how far away you live, it definitely hasn't rid you of your stupidity. She said it, is she forcing you to forgive? It's her damned opinion. How is that so difficult for you to understand. Y'all are so quick to pick a white country to compare Nigeria to. When Biden was granting his son a pardon, did you have the same energy? Bloody hypocrites. You leave the country and start believing you know better than everyone else... Unfortunately you were not capable of critical thinking in Nigeria and definitely can't be capable of such anywhere else. If you feel she's not within her rights or has done something against the ethics of her position, you're free to sponsor a law firm to sue her or write a petition against her. But I'm sure you know better, you can only think with your emotions. Fortunately, emotions don't change facts. |
A federal minister is entitled to her opinion. She's not the one in charge of arresting him or charging him to court and she's not trying to influence the case as far as I'm aware. But many people just need something to hold on to so they can keep dragging the government. Abike is within her rights to ask for forgiveness on behalf of a citizen, there's no law against it. Y'all should focus on what's important and stop chasing shadows. |
EmperorIsaac:You are definitely a legal illiterate. You think they'll offer to withdraw her case without her also agreeing not to press charges? SMH. |
terrezo2002:I have nothing to say to you bro. Whatever I have was not because I went about begging people for it. I was not brought up to seek free meals, you earn your keep. I gave value and got payment as a reward. I'm all for people trying their best and seeking assistance every once in a while to meet up with some responsibilities. But when begging has been turned to a business, then that's an absolute no. Fully able men and women choosing to beg when people with disabilities are even trying to earn a decent wage. And you're here telling me rubbish. |
terrezo2002:See entitlement. Nah you and me work for the money nah. Very rubbish talk. |
Factcheck0001:Typical Nigerians! Never unbiased, always judging things based on emotions. The only wrong the airline did was their denial of knowing who released it. Start from the person who recorded it that you know well and work your way up to those that person shared the video with. The person might not have leaked it personally but their carelessness caused the leak. Take responsibility. |
Cromagnon:Guess you have comprehension problem. No one is saying he's not a thief and no one is claiming he is a saint. But it's stupid to say whatever he stole as minister is what he used to build the house. The house existed before he became a minister, that's my point. So kindly f**k off and learn to read to understand and not just weigh everything with your emotions. |
A4alpha:"pretext" |
Only an illiterate will read all that and say he was praising Obi. It's even more disrespectful than actually saying he didn't do anything. |
VladimirTheGrea:Wait... Do you think it's Opay that invented using phone numbers as account number? Some banks started something back then called student account. The account number was your phone number and you had an atm card as well. It made it easy to receive money from your parents without having to open a proper bank account. |
Lol... As usual. The usual culprit of image laundering. I honestly don't understand why some people are so obsessed with attention that they'll even pay people like Alex for publicity. Nairaland doesn't care, as long as they get paid. That's why fontpage articles are not worth looking forward to anymore. Irrelevancies upon Irrelevancies. |
Beremx:Did you give 2 cents about him when he was not minister? Or is it within how long that he's been minister he would have built such? You all think these guys were begging to feed before entering politics? A lot of you don't think before typing. You just want to react by any means. |
He won in military environments in states where he had substantial votes generally. You made it sound like he won every single military barrack in Nigeria. That's a dubious way of stating events. Besides, your conclusion is off. It's like saying because a candidate won in polling units located on campuses, it means they won the whole election. That's a fallacy of hasty generalization. |
Ha! Jesu! |
Wait... 5.5m for golf? Nah rich people dey use car now o. |
You could have easily posted the whole article here and people would have engaged instead of directing them to a link. Nah only you go click am. Instead of clicking on your link, I'll go and Google the story independently. You can't force or trick people to your website in 2025, people are more informed now. |
I guess the older you grew, the more mentally vulnerable you got. That's the nicest way to put it. |
SisterAnn:Dude thought he ate... |
Cho Cho Cho... Keep reading meanings to things that don't concern you. Journalism is dead. There used to be a time you looked forward to reading news articles because they contained facts and figures undistorted by emotions and biase. Now it's just gossip and opinions. Everyone wants to be the first even when there's no news to break. Creating issues where there's none. Shior. |
OndoRaph:OK boss. Let me know when you find out the name and it's not a specie of cricket. |
That's a cricket. Stop confusing yourself. It's pretty obvious even from the sound it makes. |
Lol.... Una never ready. If only you know how many fake drugs are on the streets and keep killing people daily especially antimalaria drugs. But then, Nigeria knows how to falsify data and Oyinbo man knows how to play along. It's kuku not their own people that is dying like fowl for the most silly reasons. |
