Why was Tinubu meeting with such a character? Zimbabweans and Kenyans are celebrating his death on social media, accusing him of being a fixer who laundered money and manipulated elections for several African despots and presidents.

Below screenshot are comments from a documentary about him on YouTube that was uploaded 10 months ago.

That's it, insults. America will outlive Trump and any other politician because their system is built rugged but durable, we can't say the same for Nigeria. Trump will serve out his term retire to Maralago or one of his golf estates while America moves on.

Worry about Nigeria deteriorating and fragmenting to a point of no return. Election is coming up make sure you vote out tinubu to secure the future of your unborn kids at least.

You can inform the police so they're aware, as they should. You don't need their approval.

Freedom of peaceful assembly is enshrined in Nigeria's constitution. Police is there to protect freedoms, not take them away.

This mentality of insinuating you need permission or approval from police needs to stop

In the first statement the police put out, the only charge listed was disturbing the public peace. Criminal conspiracy and incitement. Seeing the outrage that generated, they are now adding a drug charge.

I know the Nigerian police are dumb but is there anyone among them that has heard of the Streisand effect? What the police have ended up doing is causing more bad blood against the president and making 'Tinubu must go!' a rallying cry in the north. Expect to see more people wearing such shirts in future.

Most of the masses will not offer you services for free or at people's prices. It's not a joke, it's a cold hard fact.

Countries that have tried to make everything cheap for everyone always end up in massive debt, and sometimes, collapse. Nothing goes for free. Free quality education, for example actually means educaiton being paid for by massive taxes or by borrowing...or by another country taking care of some aspects of your national life.eg defence.

Yet, its the capitalists that get things done because of that profit.Capitalism is why you have a functioning phone system, and internet, because at the end, government doing it meant that it could not make the profit needed to keep prices low.

No one does anything for the good of the people. A hawker for example is a member of the masses, yet a hawker cannot sell at prices that would favor the masses because at the end of the day, they would get broke and be forever hungry.

Reason why dangote has to make a profit is because he has workers, shareholders, suppliers, and a host of other people to pay. If he sold fuel at N100 per liter so that you could say that he is a people's person, he would go broke, and the refinery would collapse.

Welcome to reality. NO one does anything cheap. Even when it seems like it is being done cheap, a debt is growing in the process that would affect people.

All the former communist countries did things cheap. East Germany ...all the houses were owned by government and rent was the equivalent of 2 US dollars a month. Yet the houses were poorly maintaned, and people had to pay out of pocket to make the houses nicer...and that was a country that was supposedly helping the masses.And yeah, the country collapsed with mega debt.

If Iran had submitted a deal mid Sept prior to Xi visit to US late Sept. The difference between mid September and the date of xi visit is one week oo. are you telling me that mid Sept proposal submission for a late Sept meeting is far apart? Trump rejected that deal after meeting with Xi. Okay why was the deal only rejected after Trump met with Xi? Why did whitehouse announced that China will be halting purchase of oil from Iran after this last one.
