its still worth congratulations. most likely they will do the cut off mark according to performance in geographical zones..
North will be 20-100
West will be 60- 100
South will be 65-100
while East will be 80-100

I understand that some politicians can recommend people to the agency but must the agency honor the recommendations?

Are there implications if the agency do not honor the recommendations?
