[quote author=ladywealth post=95148059]Good evening my NL guys.
I just met a guy last month ending, we exchanged numbers and started chatting. He asked me out.. I really enjoyed chatting with him, just him alone. So few days after, he invited me to his house. I declined but I noticed that he stopped chatting with me.
Few days after, he asked about my genotype without even greeting me. I counter questioned him and he attacked me, claiming that he is not happy with me. I replied that 'I don't care'. The next thing I received was rains of insults. Saying that I insulted him. I admitted and we settled it.
For the short times I've known him, I could see the kind of qualities I want in a man. But the problem he has and that he attested to is verbal abuse...
I noticed that anytime he invites me to his house and I declined, it always piss him off and he stops talking to me. I decided not to visit him because it's not safe for me.
He argues over little things on chat, he talks to me like I'm a baby ( he is 33 and I'm 22). he is domineering... I'm just confused on the decision to date him considering all these flaws. I am suspicious of him being violent. thank
Gozbrown: I never knew that people were still making money online this period. Last month, a friend sent a video that changed my life. If you have a smartphone and an online connection, then this is for you. you can make $10, $15 to $20 every day. I was here online begging for money last month due to the lockdown in ph but now am cashing out close to 100k. I will post a link to a video on YouTube that helped me. I have been on nairaland for almost 3 years with this account. I just felt like posting this here to help someone here. If you have watched it and tried it, feel free to ask any question. Wishing you guys the very best.
Covidupdate: Good morning everyone, Happy Sunday. I created this account to ask for help and advice. I've been dating my girl for 2years now with both the both of us schooling in different schools but we still see each other from time to time. Recently she invited me over to her place just last week and I hurriedly went to see her. We've never had sex before cos I haven't tried having sex but that day was different, her dressing, the scent of the place turned me on. And I was hard immediately. Then I excused myself and went to the bathroom to relax till my d*ck is down. To my greatest surprised it wasn't going down. Then she stepped into the room where I was and we started kissing and sort and before I could know it we were already having sex. Didn't last that much. But she told me she's fine. Few hours after sex I had an tingling itch on d*ck which I felt was normal at first. But right now I'm in severe pains. My d*ck has been itching I don't know how to explain to her she gave me an infection and besides she too broke to help. Please what should I do? Cos right now I'm drained
I will suggest you go do a proper test on yourself. And be very open to any doctor you see so her/she will be well informed of the cause of your medical complaints. If you are lucky to escape this, please dont try this next time.
as the economic situation is going, with crude oil price droping, I doubt they would even have money for allowance not to think of cars

Please can any civilised northerner explain to me the origin, essence & intent of this system called almajiri. Why do people intentionally have children they can't cater for? What sort of archaic approach to life is this.
Let me just let the video clip slide. But could someone please help explain the idea behind this almajiri pandemic to me.I still don't understand how you could give birth to kids and abandon them on streets as wanderers. What sort of pathetic mentality is this?
just forget, even "senior" staffs don't know how not to show their selfish interest. IPPIS is just a way to curb staffs from collecting salary from more than one avenue, I don't know much about the senior staff but let me talk about the academic staff.
Let me paint a scenario for you, most federal Universities has a part time lecturer that has a full time job in another university, this is not bad but look at the case of some lecturers that go for part time lectures in as much as 3-4 other institutions, this way they are even making 3-4 people jobless because that could have been a job for fresh graduates.
I believe the IPPIS is meant to cover just one more visiting apart from your salary, ASUU will never tell you this but I will, those lecturers that have 2-3 part-time lecturing job will not want IPPIS because it will block the salary of the part-time job. I can tell you that I know of a lecturer that has 4 part time lecturing job in another federal university, please, how will such a person have time for his own full time job, he will be joggling within states just to meet the other while not being able to put a focus on any of them, I was taught by one of them and he never had our time, then we run marathon class so as to cover up for his absenteeism.
ASUU are just motivated by selfish interest, they will never tell you this, this is not the first time that the government is changing their payment system, and it's not like their salary will be reduced, it is just those with too much of an extra work that will be affect.
the IPPIS was introduced to create transparency, yes, there are irregularities but that can definitely be sorted with time.
it is only the government that can be castigated by changing the way they want to pay their staff, could that happen to a private firm?
ponder on this.
modified again: to some of the people quoting me, if you can't quote without starting your sentence or including an insult, then you should be so ashamed of yourself.
I'm not supporting any manipulation, I'm just saying that some workers bite more than they can chew and that's why some don't want the IPPIS, I'm not saying all, I've spoken with a lot of lecturers about the IPPIS and most of them give me this same reason as why most of them wouldn't join the IPPIS.
I know of those who joined since and have gotten their salary, no reduction that they are shouting about.
ASSU are just for their selfish interest. Trying to dictate for your employer. The should wake up to the reality that the federal government will never go back on their decision. My brother has enrolled on IPPIS and his salary comes steady with no wahala. Over 78% and still counting have enrolled, the rest should remain there.
Jegiosowor: Worst governor ever, the worst is that he is often hailed. He is still owing the contractors of the said isolation centre he built. This man bought almost 20+ cars for operation covid-19, instead of buying ventilators . He said openly that as far as he is concerned, social distancing isn't needed so far as you're putting on your face mask. He claimed over 8,000 youths would be employed and paid 30k monthly.... Without no medium for registration o, he said "if your interested, just write your name and number, we will call you" The next week, thousand of youths were in the Governors office trying to write names violating the social distancing protocol and we heard many came from even nearby towns like Uyo and Rivers. I tire for that man.
