The moment the pump price was increased yesterday and people moved on with life instead of protesting, I conducted in my mind that all the protests staged during Jonathan administration were geared towards inordinate ambition by those who sponsored it and not for the betterment of the masses and those who follow them. Now those people are in power and have set Nigeria backwards by 50 good years. Fayemi was right anyway. It's all politics. |
mrblessed:Your head dey dia. After saying subsidy is gone , they still paid in trillions. Yesterday, they said subsidy is finally gone amd packed up pump price. Expect another subsidy soon. They may not call it subsidy, just to deceive their followers. They'd find a name for it. |
We don't need any delegation. We're a great, blessed and knowledgeable people. Our problem is leadership. They control the inec and tell them what to do to scuttle the will of the people. They often jettison God factor. They're so insincere and rule us like we're their slaves, using the baits of tribalism, religous bigotry and poverty to have their way every 4 years. Unfortunately, millions of gullible minds always fall for this, cheaply. A black man will be massively voted by whites and ignore those who have same skin colour as theirs, because they believe the black man is better and can do things better. That's why they keep progressing and we keep running to them. It's the fundamental rules. You don't have to slam your head 5 times daily for things to work well or go to church 7 days a week to birth a better society. That's why most of them don't seem to pray as hard as we do before things turn around for them. Fundamental rules are God's rules. But here, if they don't say you're ibo, they'd say you're yoruba or hausa and so,they must not vote you, irrespective of your capability, competence and honesty. They'd prefer the corrupt fellow who belongs to their tribe and suffer needlessly for at least 4 years for willfully making a wrong choice. If this isn't madness, I don't know what else to call it. Not even animals will see fire and still rears it's head. |
Elvictor:Do I sound like one of the Tinubu's suppliers to you? I guess you're one of the tribal bigots out there. Mtcheew |
Ogun and weird stuffs, a weekly affair |
Softmirror:After disappointing himself and Nigerians by deceiving Nigerians about buhari and the apc back then. He was so vocal on channelstv. Some people's conscience is dead |
With all the subsidy removed, where are the palliatives, one year after? Nigeria will never get tired of being deceived.Trust this government at your own peril |
It's only in Nigeria terrorists who had a deadly mission are repenting |
Tinubu the pretender. |
Indeed. Campaign after election. |
Botragelad:I hate war. But they started it by invading istraeli territory last year, killing, maiming and kidnapping, kneeling down on major highways and thanking allah for a successful mission without minding what would befall them in the aftermath. The war should end now! Let there be peace in the middle east. Enough! |
mmadu4:Apc, the use and dump party will soon be done with him |
Kobojunkie:After seeing kobojunkie, I just withdrew my comment. Your moniker should better have been called kobojoker |
senatordave1:I repeat, obaseki isn't a politician. He's returning to his company after his 2 terms end. He may not even participate in politics again for the rest of his life. I've known him long before he was called to serve. My only issue with him was his insistence on asue, despite having an agreement with those who rescued him and welcomed him with open arms at such a critical moment, after he was disqualified by Oshiomohle. Shuaibu wouldn't have left, had he stuck to that agreement. Shuaibu wouldn't have said he too would run, had obaseki not picked asue from nowhere. It's like reaping where he didn't sow. That's not fair and why the apc's abracadabra on edo election didn't pain me even though it's a bad precedence for democracy. His candidate deserved that treatment |
tundegan:As declared by the fraudulent inec. Tell inec to turn off the server again in 2027 and see the wrath of Nigerians |
richmond500:Tell him else, elrufai will grab that slot kiakia |
senatordave1:Were those suspended by obaseki loyal to Oshiomohle or not? Why did obaseki pack sand in front of the state assembly's complex that time and prevented them from sitting and mace was taken away by those loyal to obaseki via an open roof? Google is your friend. Obaseki can't be rubbished. He's not a politician whose life depends on politics. He owned a prosperous business called afrinvest before joining Oshiomohle on invitation to develop edo. The last time I checked, he finished his 8 years tenure and will return to his business. How did Oshiomohle who has no other source of income than politics rubbished obaseki? |
I can't agree less. Some people had problems, a truly anointed man of God prayed for those persons and the problem fizzled. A man with no hope of living due to a terminal illness got prayed for, by a servamt of God and the sickness disappeared., such servants of God don't deserve to go hungry. They deserve being cared for. It's that simple. It often amazes.me when some marrow-minded Nigerians would say only in africa do we pray, pray and pray. That we always like prayers than work and yet, nothing seems to happen. What a hypocrisy. In those western countries you're running to, past generations made them prosperous as they are today before things are seen to be working seamlessly. Their forebears were prayer warriors. They fasted and prayed before even embarking on any infrastructural projects. Their great-grand parents were pastors, reverend, evangelists, missionaries etc. Check the global inventions which our generation enjoys today. Most of the inventors were children of either a pastor, a deacon or an evangelist. The wright brothers story easily came to mind. Even China which most of the gullible minds aleays cite as an example of a country who doesn't know God today were made so great by the west by shipping their intellectual properties to China and built factories, taking advantage of their population and cheap labour and developed China. This always angers Donald trump till tomorrow that America made China and that should stop. Without them, China would have been worst than Nigeria today. Unfortunately, the Americans realised China was smart people too late, as they took advantage of their intellectual property to develop their land. To those who travel to the usa and have been to Bronx in NYC, there's a cemetery called woollawn. Most of the great people who developed America, those who built those massive infrastructures and cities were laid to rest there. They were believers of Christ. Same scenarios in france, Italy, UK, Germany, name it. Where was africa while they embraced Christ? Our forebears were busy worshipping idols which God hated and still hates the most. I pray we reap the benefits of knowing and embracing God in our generation. Truthfully, the next generation will benefit all the today's efforts of our religous men and women who are busy praying for nigeria the more. When last has anyone said God bless Nigeria? Over there you keep hearing God bless America. They don't need to toil before eating cos their godfearing forebears had paved that way for them by knowing God and fighting spiritual battles for them long before the arrival of this generation. |
senatordave1:...and what happened to the law makers who were his loyalists, those who acted foolishly, just like the rivers lawmakers did? Obaseki recalled them, only yesterday, after over 4 years of inactivity and political relevance. People never learn cos of their selfish interests, whuch always supercede the interests of the masses. |
richmond500:especially those who defected to the apc with open declaration. Some people are born mumu. How can you pitch your tents with someone who had left office as governor? |
I said so earlier. Congratulations to the good people of rivers. A new dawn is here. Shame on Nigeria police and corrupt judiciary working for the apc |
Jonjam269:Clear your eyes. 2023 ended last December 31st |
ATEAMS:The way court removed those who won the Apc LG Chair seats in imo, Kogi, lagos, etc abi?Dey play |
So far,22 LGAs have been won by APP as declared. Great job, Gov. Fubara |
I can only pray you complete 4yrs ogbęni. Nothing for you beyond that. Those bigots who gave you their votes have seen your true colour already, especially up north. They can't be deceived twice |
How many times have I said this. Ariwo ko ni muzik . I foresee a merger. LP,PDP will merge with APP to produce the next president of Nigeria. Several politicians are defecting to LP in Kaduna as we speak. Stay tuned to channels tv tonight @ 10 for details. Only the doubting Thomases please . Ahead of the oct 1st celebration, a group in the north called Obidient movement in kano came out to lash out at the apc government. A truly progressive Nigeria devoid of ethnicity, corruption, culitism and bigotry is POssible |
AcuraZDX:A mega party is coming.I've said this several times. I heard a northern group in kano recently before the planned Oct 1 protest calling themselves the Obidient movement . We're the only truly incorruptible movement in the country which cuts across all tribes and religion but those illiterates keep calling us ibo, because our presidential candidate is ibo .Who tribalism epp gaan?. I hope they can now buy fuel at 200 naira a liter, now that tinubu is in power. Iyalayaawon . We're are the only movement who truly believes in one and progressive Nigeria. ObI/Elrufai is a goal. The era of voting mungo park as president is gone forever. All the pdp members will soon merge with LP. Lobatan |
We really need more people like Fubara in Nigeria....more action and less talk. This man just gained political relevance in Nigeria. If I were president of Nigeria today, I'd sack all those key officers in the judiciary, police and military. They're the problems of Nigeria |
By the time tinubu finishes his 4 years, Nigeria would have been turned into a jungle of criminals. Unfortunately, the crop of the NA we have today are just like him. He's done more than enough nonsense to impeach him |
MaxW11:Set yourself free from deceit, Smh! |
Not again . Na dis kain news we go dey hear till this propagandist completes his 1st term in office. I'm not surprised. |
By now, Dangote should know who his enemies are. They'd do all they can, to frustrate this man. The enemies of the masses are at work. When he headed for America to source crude, he had no problem and same people were ranting that he wasn't being patriotic after they had boldly told Dangote that their Crude was for export. Nigerian government doesn't know they're embarrassing themselves in the eyes of the world and would-be investors. You cannot be treating your own this way and expect foreign investors to come in. It will never happen. Amazingly, God keeps exposing them everyday of their tricks and as they keep fighting for their pocket. Now, we know the enemies behind our moribund refineries |
