Hello my people. Please,I submitted a group application for a family of 3 on January 30 , 2026. The only person that needed biometrics did it on February 5 or so . My self & hubby have been to Canada in the last 10 years. Aside the update on our biometrics, it appears nothing is being done on our application . It's going to 2 months now ..I thought they will use Can + for us .
Please, who else is experiencing this ..

Based on my experience, can+ only works if you've been to both the US and/or Canada and without overstaying, not Canada only. Again, you've added an applicant who had never been to Canada in this application so, long processing time is expected. I don't envisage any issue on your renewal though,only that processing could be delayed for up to 4 months or even more so, take a chill pill.

Its killing the masses. They keep telling you the move is to curb monopoly which is a white lie. If that's the case why is dangote always cheaper than the imported ones?

There's no way marketers will increase petrol price and dangote will be looking like mumu. He too must increase his price. I wish Nigerians could protest against petrol import nationwide but I doubt. Many of them are still blinded by bigotry

Each day I go to work, I see young graduates lining on the streets, looking for free rides to lekki as early as 5am to do menial job. I always ask myself, what if they kidnap these guys (and of course, they do kidnap some as i know of a friend's cousin who left for lekki early morning to report at his place of IT but never returned till now,neither did he report for work on that fateful day). Almost all the job interviews or postings nowadays appear to be genuine and this is one of the disadvantages of the social media. During our time, we searched for jobs posted inside Guardian and punch newspapers only. These had contacts and you could easily trace them in case of any issue. But nowadays, anyone can post job openings from anywhere.
