How old were you when tinubu governed lagos? Going back in time, fashola had to single-handedly get involved in clearing the seemingly unending mess. Lagos was adjudged the dirtiest state under Tinubu in 2001, despite bribing the press to say otherwise. We used to be known as centre of excellence before he became governor. Buba marwa, a neat military officer cleaned up lagos, omg! I remember operation sweep. Crime rate was also very low,.unlike when tinubu came.and introduced jeun sapo, ko tun jeun soke.

I have several reasons whenever I say tinubu didn't build lagos and he's a liar. Come to think of it, why did he lose lagos, if he's truly the architect of modern lagos? Lagos' modernisation had always been collective efforts after Pa jakande left power. Otedola tried a little but his administration was truncated. Last month, we bought a brand new transformer on our street to further boost electricity. That's the same way every individual developed their areas, tarred their streets, built their houses, etc. No security. We provided it ourselves. No portable water. Before tinubu came, there was pipe-borne water in most parts of lagos.

As I always say, Tinubu's lies can only catch those who aren't resident in lagos, not us the lagosians. If what he said was true about developing lagos, we'd have overwhelming come out to pay him back with our votes. Did it happen? The ibos they claimed caused Tinubu's loss in lagos need to be begged. In alimosho where I live, their population is less than 5% . We mainly voted obi. Alimosho is the largest LGA in nigeria by population. It also has the largest concentration of yorubas in lagos. 2027 again, it will be same scenarios cos things are even worse now than they were in.2023.

Countless businesses in all sectors. Start and never exceeds 2 to 3 decades.

Discipline comes in different forms. Look at Sunny Ade, Bright Chimezie, etc. They're still active. You've got to have 10s of millions to invite them on stage. They don't beg for business. Those who had multiple wives amongst them actually married them. They sing to entertain and not to make money. How many of those artistes who didn't last a decade actually toed the duos' path? They have baby mamas everywhere with multiple side chicks. They divorce with ease. That's indiscipline. They sing mainly to make money and not to entertain. They're not creative. Go to the US and see how creative their likes are. They own fashion brands and thriving businesses. They don't release albums anyhow cos they want to remain relevant for long. They spend money on their work before releasing it. Most Hollywood movies aren't welcome by Netflix cos the quality is not enticing. We all love watching foreign movies cos they're entertaining, not primarily to enrich themselves. They spent millions of dollars to achieve the quality they wanted viewers to see.

Here, they release albums every year, no creativity.it's all about making money. Today, tuface should be bragging of a leading recording/producing firm in africa but nothing. His money is hugely spent on frivolities. Is he still in vogue? You can tell. PSquare are fighting over money, even with their brother. Their era is gone believe me. Why getting family involved in managing your music in the first place? That's indiscipline. Even Walton family didn't make that mistake. They hired Chinese, Indians and Mexicans into key positions.

If anyone knows wizkids, Davido, they should tell them, any engagement without discipline won't last. Today's best cars are relics tomorrow. Only discipline (be it financial or attitudinal) will take you far. Everyone should watch Mai Deribe's abandoned cars. It's gone viral for days. Well, I want to believe the reps are speaking up since they might have had kids or relatives affected. Ordinarily, they don’t care about the common man. Their own selfish interests first, before anything else.

I only mentioned lagos so you'd know it's not the S/E. I'm not a tribalist if you've ever seen any of my posts here. There are other regions too, who were affected but the Lagos and S/E were majorly affected. I only appealed to S/E to be calm and rest, since JAMB had been able to admit to, and address the issue. Over 50% of my son's mates were affected in their school and those affected were successfully rescheduled.

I don't trust Atiku. Obi left the pdp cos Atiku breached the party constitution on zoning. Wike also left for same reason. Logically, once a northerner has completed 2 terms, the baton should swith to the south. Atiku knew all these but rushed in from dubai and bought everyone over. His antecedents as VP under Obj which led to his banishment from active power by obj is still there, when he sold national assets to himself and allies all in the name of privatisation and monetisation. It was too late before obj could realise the extent of the damage done by atiku.

The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), in the 2023 election, Peter Obi, has said his involvement in the coalition of opposition parties ahead of the 2027 election isn’t about positions but about replacing bad governance with a better one.

Obi said this in response to a question by Vanguard on reports that he had agreed to a deal with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to serve as Vice President in the 2027 polls.

It was alleged that as part of the agreement, Atiku committed to serving a single term of four years and was even prepared to sign a written agreement.

Obi who neither agreed nor denied the existence of such a pact, spoke on the sidelines of an event where he went to donate N10 million each to a school and hospital building project being undertaken by the Anglican Church, in Kubwa, Abuja, on Monday.

He said, “I’m in coalition against hunger, a coalition against poverty, a coalition against ill health, politics for me is not about positions, it is about doing the right thing.

“Whatever you make of it (the report), I can tell you that, I Peter, have told you where I stand. I just came back (from Rome) this morning, I didn’t talk about politics, I’m talking about the education of these children. I’m not talking about positions.

“In this country, we are not talking about what we should be talking about. What we should be taking about is how we are going to educate our children.”

While making a N20 million donation to the Anglican Church School and Hospital building projects, Obi described investments in education and healthcare services as key to national development.

He expressed sadness that the high rate of corruption in Nigeria is robbing the nation of the required funds to build invest in critical areas of national life such as: Education, healthcare delivery and tackling hunger and poverty.
