immortalcrown:Good point, especially in view of the age nonsense they just introduced. If they're sure they're not after the poor masses money, they should consider your idea. Not only that, the candidates' morales tend to diminish with time. If a candidate scored high this year but couldn't make it to admission for whatever reason, no problem. The same result can be used next year |
deji17:Peter Obi bought forms for both indigenes and non indigenes in Anambra as governor. Go and check it. In all these, he didn't make noise. Why are our people so biased? We think we're moving forward when we're actually retrogressing. My neighbour in lagos who's ibo trained a Muslim apprentice free of charge and bought instruments for him. He's into roofing and aluminium work. His parents just gave him to the man cos they had nothing. Only poor people fight this fight . The rich in Nigeria don't know tribalism. No wonder they keep using and dumping you. Where did your tribalism of 2023 lead you now? Have you eaten today? Mtcheew |
Better. Before they gang up and plan coup. Politicians in africa are so terrible and greedy. They don't love their people at all. Now, I'm beginning to learn why the military were looking for the likes of tinubu in the 80s/90s. They had his records. His government is worse than the worst military regime in Nigeria. Na because dem never enter power, they'd hate masses with passion. You can't be accused of harassing female as military and you'd not face court martial in a military regime. If you're a civilian serving under them, you'd be sacked and jailed. No wonder Akpabio is a free man today. They kill those who voted them for fun today but they don't care. All that's on their mind is 2027. Just yesterday, one lady was killed in Ondo by a herder who slit her throat open. The woman was taken to their uncompleted building for burial. I'm sure she must have voted in the last election. Such news will never make headlines. They've gagged the media and taken hold of many key places where their secrets could be leaked. If you vote them again in 2027, your suffering will only continue. They don't send your papa |
We know already. He's the one behind most of his Abuja protests. I've seen pictures of tinubu in the 90s with sowore in appearance..they're proteges |
Aircom8:It's called wuruwuru to the answer ![]() |
Not again |
gosmoney:It could be. These big men don't fancy big phones like you may think. When obama was in office, I was fortunate to have been invited to a gathering where he came to give us a pep talk. I concentrated on the phone in his hand. It was one cheap flip alcatel handset he was holding meanwhile, the majority of the invitees carried blackberry passport in their hands. |
NtoAkwaIbom:I just thought likewise. The devil is really attacking many pastors homes through their children. I remember when Bishop oyedepo's son said he battled masturbation and porn movies for years. I'm sure it would be deeper than he had said, before God rescued him. May God continue to uphold religious leaders homes, our homes too |
donmik:Well, if they discovered technical issues, they may consider this otherwise, the best thing is reduce score to 150. My son did well in same jamb. In his school, the highest scoter got 356. |
donmik:Pls how old are you be sincere? I'm in my late 40s and I can tell you there was never a time any of our maths teachers marked our workings in steps. If they couldn't do this at school levels, is it waec that would do that? They later changed the scheme, like I said in my earlier post. I derive nothing by making up any story. Without being told, I experienced this throughout my sech school days and waec mock exams. Our teachers would always warn us of being nervous when attempting questions to avoid mistakes in maths. I don't expect this to be an issue, please ask those who schooled in that era or if you still have your maths teacher's number, ask him and honestly come back to drop whatever he says. |
xeju:A waec examiner once said this. been marking for waec since 1992. For instance if you're to solve a quadratic equation and you missed the final answer, you've missed all. They'd not award marks step-by-step. It was in waec marking scheme. Even while inwas in the sec school,.my teacher neber maked maths workings on a step-by-step basis. He's Or when you were in the secondary school( im not talking of nowadays ir indomie generation), was your maths teacher marking answers step by step? |
The best they can do is reduce the admission cut off scores for universities and ensure every institution complies. Since the result is so bad as seen, the worst in decades, jamb should just reduce university admission cut off for major curses to 150. Let the post UTME now decide who's capable enough to earn a slot in their respective courses of study. Seriously, I don't see any big deal in this. In my time, if you scored 220 for instance, you're a guru. This was before the advent of the Internet. Their marking scheme was so strict. If you don't understand any question, just leave it jejelly because if you attempt it wrongly, your mark would be deducted from those you got correctly. Waec back then wasn't easy to come by. If you managed to have an A in core subjects, na celebration galore. Combination of waec results used to be order of the day, even for major courses. In brochures you'd see 5 o'level credit passes at a sitting or 6 credit passes in 2 sittings. Nothing like post utme. Even in law, P was allowed in maths. But nowadays, you see students scoring As all through. Marking schemes had been adjusted over time to favour a particular region or tribe, which is part of what's affecting the standard of education in Nigeria. In maths for instance, those marking waec back then would be interested only in the final answer. If the workings were supposed have 5 steps and you got the last answer wrongly, especially where they're asking you to round off your answer to the nearest whole number and you got it wrongly, they'd not spare you, except the marker just wanted to show mercy on you and used his pen to help you write the correct answer, then, mark it. Otherwise you'd miss the whole question and that's the reason we hardly saw candidates who had an A1 in maths back then. But nowadays, maths marking schemes are in steps same as other subjects that involve calculations. Even if you got the final answer wrongly but you got the steps correctly, you'd still earn some marks. I wish we could go back to that era. Our system of education can be overhauled if they could start from that level. |
thesicilian:Really? The way Benin republic, our neighbours are laughing at our naira is a direct opposite of your claim. Cfa keeps appreciating against the naira, while the naira keeps depreciating against the usd, including cfa, the currency that was once rated the worst in africa. That's not good at all. Leadership says it all. |
I was expecting to read bello turji is....But I was disappointed by the military once again . Every sector has turned propagandist under Tinubu, their oga of all propaganda |
aktolly54:Yes, incl infertility generally |
Love800:Rather it's dangote who's checkmating them by constantly reducing price. Last year August, he wanted to flood the market by selling at 500 naira but nnpc hijacked it. Don't be among those stooges |
rinzaugustine:Don't mind them..Tinubu is a grand master of propaganda and lies. Only dangote is their husband right now. Marketers would have done us shege pro max. By now, petrol would have hit 1,500. Where are the refineries ? . Ati blending facility oo, ati real refineries oo, nothing is being heard, same way Tinubu deceived many that he's the architect of modern lagos and gullible Nigerians fell for it, but Nigeria became 4th largest economy in africa under his watch, from first position. Where are those drooling over phc refineries-turn blending facility months back ? Nigerians are the easiest people to deceive on earth. Imagine, they turned dangote their enemy instead of thanking him for saving them from modern slave masters |
Sirmwill:Ooh, I see . Okun oo, awe. |
helinues:Nigeria won't buy Obi? Dey play. I'd only urge you keep marketing tinubu cos 2027 is not far again.Leave Obi alone. |
Sirmwill:my grandma and mum were olubolade's distant relations. They're not so close. Even the woman known to be Olubolade's mum wasn't his biological mother. His mum died a long time ago. I used to know one uncle called Shola, he's olubolade's younger brother, very dark in completion back then, gentle. Then the little yemisi or so, capt olubopafe's daughter. Back then Capt Bolade's house was at isokun, covered with green transparent plastic roof. The last time I visited the town, they've removed the old structure and erected modern ones, the compound was fully fenced, near lawyer omotoso's fish pond. Good old days. |
See the CBN fx rates as at 2019, when we were the largest economy in Africa. Nigeria is really bleeding. This is so sad 😞
|
Sirmwill:I'm not sure you know her. She died in 1987. My mum died last year. She was 90 |
Aleister:Don't mind them. That country and niger used to be dens of terror. The remaining few terrorists could be those who perpetrated the evil act. They just want to implicate the man after several failed attempts to pull him down. Mtcheew |
Sirmwill:Really? My grandma is from Ipoti but we don't know anybody ![]() |
Brandiebird:10 years is too far. You begin to age, the moment you clock 22 years. Growth diminishes faster afterwards. Amazingly, women age at a very fast pace so, it won't take that long before they'd start crying. I remember when I was 23 and I came home from school for a semester break. My brother's friend screened in the bedroom where both of us were gisting. He said see your bald head, it's coming out . Women may not grow bald at 23 but trust me, she'll be experiencing shrinking muscle gradually. Her arms begin to get stronger. By the time she's 30 if she didn't maintain herself well, men wouid begin running away from her cos she'll look very old, especially if she's fat. That's why most of them run hurry-scurry for husbands before clocking 30.If you notice, those who have destroyed their body in their 20s with all manner of chemicals which they call cream, by the time they turn 35, those bleached portions begin to turn either green or blue-black. If the outer skin layer is bleached off, the sore may not heal again till they breathe their last. Only wise ones among them keep their natural look. They'd need it years later |
He's only looking for what he'll eat. His defection has got nothing to do with the masses. How many of the apc stalwarts in kano worked for tinubu in 2023? Go and study the core-north's electoral pattern. It's a course on its own |
Breaker001:That's what I keep saying. Only the masses can truly rescue Nigeria not the so-called leaders who don't send anyone's papa. We crave a masses-leader and candidate ahead of 2027 |
gabbasin:You're right. He was my uncle from the maternal side. He actually appointed Jonathan his commissioner of education and I was wondering why that position never appeared in GEJ's CV. When he came, he used alamieyeseiha's house as government bouse before he built the state's own. He had done what nobody has been able to replicate in bayeLsa till today as MILAD. I'm hearing of his death news in shock. I'll find out what actually killed him. I've only contacted him once and that was about 13 years ago when I wanted to introduce human scanner to abuja's aso rock and other places. 70 years na time to dey start enjoy money nah. Oga oo |
RIP sir. My mum's distant cousin. I have only contacted him once in his lifetime |
iwaeda:The man(atiku) who selfishly ruined the pdp. ![]() |
Denko2721987:No, men should watch what they eat or drink and be less promiscuous. All these affect men's fertility and sex life. Only by so doing will paternity fraud be reduced to the barest minimum. |
