My question may seem off point though, please don't take offence: How about your relationship with the 13yr old daughter? Did you cut it off completely or you're still tutoring her? Because that would be more painful for me that she doesn't get to see the uncle that build her up intellectually through no fault of hers.

To be honest I did shed a tear the day before I left her. She was all over me cuz I resumed duty for only a day to hand over my stuffs. When I first saw her that day, she gave me a warm hug . Later that day, I drew her close and advised her about studies . I encouraged her to keep up with the excellence. Told her how much I was rooting for her so she shouldn't let me down. This was someone I had sponsored her for an external maths competition. In my preparations to leave, I had to hand her over to a trusted male and female colleague to look after her in my absence.

We both solved some quadratic equations together for the last time . Everyone had gone home and she stayed still with me til I told her to start going home. I then I wrote her my number in her solving book, to always feel free to reach me , only when she had difficult math issues . All these time I never wanted a direct phone contact because she's only a child and I want to protect her. Dropped her some token for lunch and bade her goodbye. Since that day , I haven't seen her . It's gonna be like that for a long time til I'm stable. The child is innocent and the connection Is real . But the mom will never have a place in my life.

Majority of the gigs were as a result of me being the subject Teacher. It's been that way in the school by preference of the parents. I couldn't resume on time which caused a lot of issues between I and the school owner , so someone had to fill in for me. I still have other lesser gigs from parents who still insisted I continue , but it's not like before. I used to have up to 15 students in class . And I did home lessons too.

After my ordeal my earnings were cut by 70% as I couldn't resume . Just 3 home lessons I'm using to get by the day till I get a better offer.

Exceptions don't make a general rule and you're not entirely wrong due to some considerable factors . But in my case, I had a terrible experience.

It was a bitter sweet experience I'd not advice any young man to engage in. It's a game and the only way to win, is to be the user .

I knew this already but unfortunately I was blind sided and disarmed by the love I had for her 13yr old child. The child was so bright. I tutored her in mathematics til she became the best. I saw a lonely bright child who took me as a father figure in her school.

I was so attached and one day I was opportune to meet with her mother. I met a very beautiful young woman in her early 30's the day she came to drop off her child at school. Prior to this, our chat engagement was official and all about her daughter's growth. She requested that I drop all formality and desist from caling her "ma" . She called me babe instead and We both became informal with time and got very close. There was constant calls and communication.

She told me alot about her past , her 4 exes and how she's been alone. It turns out she was always the victim in all her stories . She's so pretty , why would any man leave such a woman? I kept asking myself. She learnt about our 5yrs age difference which was shocking to her but she was already deep into it and ready to go down.

THE ROMANCE

We became sexually involved and things were going down fast. She had great sexual appetite . She wanted me to marry her and was fond of calling me her child's soon to be father and how we were gonna get married. She's a fashion designer who is financially stable.


CRISIS

She had sudden financial crisis after embarking on a huge project. To assist , I tutored the child for free and I was assisting her occasionally with finances cuz I had lesson gigs fetching me 6figures.

Soon, I started to realise her sudden change of attitude. The calls soon dropped and we started to have alot of unresolvable fights , reason being that she would rather not like to settle the conflict when I want to, but make it linger so I'd have to beg her even when she was wrong. She never likes to talk about the unresolved issues, so we could trash it amicably and make amends where necessary.


POINT OF REALISATION

I suspected she was sleeping around and one day I decided to pay her a visit . On that faithful day, I heard her elder sister over a loud phone conversation " Jane, u really have my time today that you didn't go to man's house"
". I cringed on hearing that . This is someone who said she doesn't sleep around because of the stereotype attached to being a single mom.

They both laughed about it and she told her sister that she was currently with a man. The sister said further " what of bros? He say he no do again or when he go engage u?
" .

This time I felt the ground should open up . "Bros" is an elderly man in his 50's who wants to marry her. We had a fight that night and she denied that she had anything to do with bros and her sis was joking about her visits to men. We trashed it and made up with sex.

Next morning she was on call with a male friend who wanted to borrow money from her and she called him babe.

Note that, she's called a different male friend babe accidentally too and she quickly defended that she calls all her male friends "babe" . I told her it wasn't cool. She got defensive and even called another male friend and she told him I was jealous, they both laughed and she ended the call with " I love you and he replied too". We had a fight . I left and still came back to check on her. I was ignored while she was on call with her male friend for 30mins after which she invited him over with 2 other guys.

I asked why and what for. She boldly told me "whatever activities I have with my friends is not your concern , even if we have 10some
" .


I was saddened because this was someone for once I was ready to risk it all to settle down with. She was probably entangled in something I never understood. I discovered that she clubbed on Sundays , and would never allow her daughter come live with her. The poor child has been living with her grandparents for 13yrs. My girlfriend also abused weed and alcohol. I saw all these in her fridge

THE PREGNANCY

I was broken by everything and kept my distance but we still spoke. Early this year, we both suspected she was pregnant since she missed her period. We did a test and I found out she was pregnant. 4weeks 8days but I doubted it was mine after all the recent discoveries. To cut the long story short she removed it and bled for days.

The disrespect and devaluation kept on going . I was mentally unstable for a while and took Ill. I couldn't resume to teach and I lost my job. My mother was angry with me for having anything to do with her.

I broke up with her cuz I realised what I had wasn't real. I realised I never did anything that bad to deserve all the treatments I received. I was supporting and loving and was even a father figure to her child .

I'm without a job now but I'll be commencing a technical training for a better job offer. I'm still unstable and hurt but I'll bounce.

I'm one of those guys who don't believe in playing nice because ive been hurt before. I broke my rules and was disarmed by the love I had for a child and I fell in love with a lie. But it's all good. I learnt my lesson.

We now preach what neither the apostles emphasized about.

Tell yourself the truth. You must have suspected that something is wrong with where you're worshipping but you chose to ignore your intuition.

- are the topics that are being preached on in church Christ centered?

- Which of the apostles preached things like material Prosperity , tithe and seed sowing, altar vs altar, 1-7hrs chain prayers, firstfruits, witchcraft spirit, miracle service, how to get an encounter ... ?

At the end of the day , after scrutinizing the average gospel being preached in today's modern church, you'd discover that it's self centered and not Christ centered.

It's a false salvation message which makes the desperate individual yearn after materialism. You're told that you're a god . You are made to feel like a superman . It massages your ego in sin whereas you're meant to be sober, mournful for the world you're in and chase after Christ so he can salvage you on account of his sacrifice.- This is the true faith


What we preach today is rebellion. The temptation of Adam to become god is happening again in the church.

Satan told them in the garden that if they did something, they would become like god.. Today you're told to charge up yourself in midnight prayers and fasting ,so you can command things and become powerful as a god..

Instead of pushing the message of salvation. This is what we now preach.

Meanwhile , prayer is simply a communication with God. It doesn't make you a superman as you were meant to believe. Its potency is seen only when God decides to answer your prayers .

Satan tempted Jesus in Mathew 4 to perform wonders and signs to prove he's a son of God .

Today, you're told in church to command things and speak to things because you're a son of God .

Christians don't speak to objects and inanimate things. Only God can do that. Christians pray to God not objects.

Mind you, in that context Jesus was teaching how powerful our faith in him is. It can move mountains (impossible scenario). It wasn't a literal commandment or basis for Christian doctrine.

Many have gone astray to practice witchcraft by speaking to objects , handkerchief, doors, money , houses... Instead of praying to God directly. this is nothing but divination happening in the church..

Some of you will be quick to compare yourself with Jesus. That's still the temptation we are talking about. You cannot be like God but can be in his image.

What is that greater work?

Jesus preached to not so many persons. The apostles did greater and even converted 3000 in a single day. It's not about power or signs because no man can do signs like the Lord.

On the last day, He will resurrect billions of people. Who can do that? You? .. Never!

So today, after service I was so hungry and hanging around the church premises scouting for what to buy so I can quench my hunger and thirst under the burning sun. From afar I heard someone shouting , coming towards my direction... " My father my father the horses and chariot of Israel!!"

I looked , lo, it was my Prayer band coordinator . This man has come again with his endless sermons. With a very large sheepish smile , he held my hands and the long sermon and conversation began...( I'll summarize)

The conversations began thus

PASTOR : Why haven't you been coming to prayer band? you have backslided

ME : you know, when a man begins to grow , he starts to find his identity and purpose in life...

ME : Also I don't flow with the practices of the modern day "Christianity ". Today, every biblical terminology has been redefined i.e Faith is no more belief in God , his Christ and his kingdom to come but in self affirmation, faith in one's self for miracles( no apostle taught this) .

Jesus taught that when we give, the other hand should not know . When we pray , we shouldn't be like the hypocrites that stand to pray in public so they can be seen , or blab with many speakings thinking we would be heard. Not so today. You must pray for 1-2hrs because if you don't your prayer won't be effective.


and pastors and members take scriptures out of context and personalize them especially the ones that talks about prosperity and good stuffs ) meanwhile the apostles of the bible sought and revealed Christ in every scripture they quoted .

80% of things we preach in church like Prosperity doctrine, seed sowing, altar vs altar ... etc were never taught by the apostles neither were they approved as christian doctrine by them. Who made them the basis for Christian worship today?.

PASTOR : I have been a Christian for over 30years. you are gradually heading towards apostacy and that can lead to death. You are a small boy and don't really know much about the ministry .
Don't isolate yourself just like what mama preached today.

ME: but sir I know what apostacy is and that's not where i'm heading. I'm simply advocating for simple biblical Christianity to be practiced the way the apostles taught in the bible and CHRIST IS ENOUGH ! but we have deviated into other things .

PASTOR : Dont argue with me. You still need training. You don't have the experience to make such observation or to correct people who have been there before you.

you have to subject yourself under supervision because the devil wants to destroy you. I have so many boys I have trained that are now big men of God. You can't speak ill of a system that has stood for many years.

ME : But sir, my message is simple . why don't we focus on just Christ alone ?

PASTOR : You are talking about focusing on Christ as if , if you're called upon to speak, you'd be prepared. ( goes on to preach to me about how I'm lost and approaching death... for another 30minutes )

At some point I had to keep mute and to listen because I knew I wasn't going to be heard . Infact all my objections and observations were hastened.

It was as if I was saying nonsense as he interjected me at every point , and hindered me from saying anything further.

I've discovered and also come into conclusion that you cannot truly disillusion anyone who has been of a certain ideology or practice for decades.

I'm far from perfect, but the Christianity we practice today in the world at large is an adulterated one. we don't have true christians today. Probably 0.5- 2% of the total christian population in the world truly believes the words of the apostles and focus on Yahushua alone.

I'm imperfect and my heart cry is for perfection and the least I want to be , is to be part of a system that has lost its bearing from God, and is deep in the practice of idolatory, covetousness and blasphemy brought by false doctrines of devils .

.Finally, many will say unto him on that day " Lord Lord , did we not prophesy in your name, heal the sick and cast out devils in your name and He will say to them depart from me ye workers of iniquity "

These were probably the greatest men of God in their time with more than 30-50yrs in ministry. We all probably worshipped in their fellowship and worshipped them , but yet, still , The Lord never knew them .


What could have been their Crime? For the Lord to say he never knew them? It means they were presumptuous all their life and were never truly serving The Lord Jesus . It has started already, it's in their Doctrine. Watch out so you'll not be denied too on the last day.

Don't presume you're serving the true Jesus . Open your bible and read. know God for yourself!
