I used the same chipset to play COD on a Lenovo a5 then na low quality sha and i never saw any app not responding. cheesy

5mTelecom operates wifi broadband I've forgotten their plans just Google it. They have a website.

So one has to visit where there's their WiFi broadband to access the internet huh

Its the video Codec that's the issue not the Format.
Most TV's cant play HEVC codec. If you download a movie with codec HEVC your TV properly wont be able to play it

HEVC gives good quality for a lesser size than the H264 with more size

So if you want to watch in your TV (not android TV) download a H264 codec but for smartphones you can download either but i prefer HEVC.
Xvid is cool too cheesy
