You don't go direct when you want a woman to contribute financially to something. You go Tactically[Not imposing, but asking how and where she can take care of, she'll choose, no matter the percentage of her choice, you lock up, keep the planning going, pretend like you are cool and then sketch out a personal plan of how to act worried and restless before her, she'll wanna know the problem, act like you wanna hide it from her, she'll be worried and pissed that you are hiding things from her, then you'll come up with a story and open up that you are facing financial crisis and don't know how to sort some things out concerning the wedding, she'll willingly help with pity without seeing you as a stingy or mean person]

No be everything dem dey form mancho, you go dey use your head.

Egbon! I salute your wisdom.

Never an end to the twists...
I just knew Musa wasn't dead sha. I like this new dimension to the story. Turns out Nebud's instincts are very good. Since Monica knows his true lineage, I'm guessing Musa already does too.

Tomorrow is Saturday!!!

So many twists to this story...

So Musa is not as innocent as portrayed?
Can't wait for the next update.

@obehiD, guessing your storyline is almost impossible. Tight story...I wonder how it would end.

@eROCK247 Thank you, I'm very happy that you found us and that you're enjoying the story grin Technically, the narrator can die, all that means is that the story would end lol

So long as the narrator isn't a ghost, he can't die within the story. This story will have to end with Nebud becoming a Kaizer and becoming a progenitor as well

I'm finally here! I regret not noticing you much earlier, I'd have loved to read your earlier works. Your storyline is out of this work and really requires a wild imagination. Kudos.

My saving grace is knowing that Nebud is the narrator and as such cannot die if not...I'd have died of heart attack!

Well done ma'am!

I can't have enough of this story. Daz is living on borrowed time. A lady with the kind of money Venus has can hire a detective. She's already spent a lot on him and if she really plans on settling down with him, she will make her enquiries...

I'm awaiting more updates

This Maddie character is quite strange. One minute he is acting sensibly the next minute he is something else. Would it be possible to give a background story(flashback) on the characters to enable us understand them better?

Religion / Re: China Will Rewrite The Bible And The Quran To 'reflect Socialist Values' by eROCK247(m): 8:30pm On Dec 25, 2019
Dpharisee:
Christians in China don't carry out violent acts against the state, even the Catholic church had to reach a compromise with the communist Govt by appointing only Bishops approved by China from a list of Priests submitted from Rome to the Govt to be vetted. But there are some in the church leadership who don't approve of this approach leading to some level of division and dispute in the church.
There is still the underground church which faces persecution and not approved by the state, but they are not violent.

Uighur Muslims will not approve of this arrangement where only Govt vetted and approved Imams can administer mosques and lead the Ummah leading to continuing violent resistance. Some see it as attempt to dilute Islam.
China in turn forcefully send the resisting Muslims to reeducation camps where they are forced to either renounce Islam or accept the version the state see as non extreme and under state appointed Imams.

All in all, religious persecution is common in China and economic prosperity is not helping matters, because the country is advancing in all spheres without every citizen going to pray for development in churches and mosques like we do here.

The Chinese also think that giving total freedom to Christianity and Islam will lead to infiltration and destabilization by the West and Arabs led by America and Saudi Arabia working together.

Thanks for this evaluation. Using Nigeria as a case study, I wouldn't blame China. But editting the Bible is a no no.

Ooh, I am so angry right now.

I don't know what to do if I should confront her or I should just foam in anger just like that.

Very painful and annoying. I don't buy the idea that she did it out of fear, she's probably bitter about something else...perhaps she was eyeing the biggest chicken... Some people are envious like that.

Confront her, if not for anything at least to get closure.

*MY SUCCESS STORY IN FUTA.*
*With 4.68 from 3.80!--*

The 20th day of December, 2019 was a very special day for me as I was awarded a First Class Honors, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting, Federal University of Technology Akure.

To the glory of God, I entered FUTA on 3rd of December 2015 as an undergraduate. I had a four man squad and we all strived to be successful. In a nutshell, first semester result 100 level result was out and it happened that I had the lowest GPA of 3.80 in the squad. I was so disheartened that I had the lowest GPA and I was a bit happy that I didn't scored too low despite my political office as NUASA pioneer General Secretary (with Aluta-P led executive) and my position as the National President, Jnr/Int RAN. I informed a brother, Bosun Egberinde of the situation at hand and he encouraged and motivated me to keep moving and aim high.

Second semester 100 level result was released, I had 4.44 (was so annoyed because I had a C in CSC102, a three unit course which hindered my chance of making a first class that semester). I will never forget, a friend out of the 4 man squad who made a statement that struck a cord in me, he actually had a 'B' in a 4 unit course and he was like, "if ordinary BBM could have an 'A' BIO 102, then he should definitely have more than that" (with the impression that he is far better than me). This drove me high and mad .
200 level first semester, I started reading for an average of *8 hours in a day and once read for 16 hours on a stretch.* Guess what, I had a 5.00 that semester.

We were two that actually had the 5.00 then and that was the first of its kind in Accounting and the faculty, SMAT (except IT report) according to history. I was so amazed because in 4 of 9 of the courses, I had 70 -72 (A). (Isn't God faithful? ). The news went viral throughout the faculty and we became the talk of the devil for a while.

Not to bore you with this long story, Second semester 200 level, I had 4.67. I actually spent my lecture free week at a National camp ☹. God is good!

First Semester 300 level, I had 4.63; was scared of dropping because I started my professional exam ICAN-ATS in that semester and officially launched my enterprise, BBM WORLD (Graphics Design).

Second semester 300 level, only had 11 days to prepare for school exam due to my second stage of my professional exam, but guess what, I made a 5.00 as well . First Semester 400 level, again, I made a 5.00. It was a back to back, hit to hit . Should I burst your burble? I wasn't in school in the first week of exam, I was in Lagos for my ICAN-ATS induction, also represented the university in an inter-university competition (Annual Conference for Accountant at JABU) yet, God did it. And in the last semester, 400 level second semester, I had 4.88 (a 3 unit course actually hindered me from having a 5.00 for the fourth time. I had a 'B' ☹.

However, I bless God because only 6 out of about 95 students had an 'A' in a 6 unit project and I was honoured to be among them. Also represented FUTA at an inter-university summit or competition at OAU in October which lead to a competition/teasing between OAU and FUTA (#OAUvsFUTA on tweeter). I and my team made them know that FUTA is the best!.

Today, I graduated as the 5th best graduating student in the department of Accounting with a CGPA of 4.68 from 3.80 of 5.00 scale.
_I am a true product of Grace._

*Charge:* In whatever thing you do, strive to be the best. Yes, the best!

franchasng:
all my school mates knew I was a first class student, they expected a first class, I missed out with 0.02 and landed at second class upper, all because I refused to bow down to a useless Nigerian lecturer, so even though it is a second class upper, it hurts knowing it was supposed to be 1st class cos most schools would have augmented it to assist the student and to boost their own school's profile, of what benefit is withholding the 0.02 to them And I am not regretting anything because I did more than what I was supposed to do, I didn't even lived campus life all because of dedication to studies...it is more of anger than regret....anger that one stupid lecturer made me miss it, and waiting for an opportunity to deal with that lecturer or any of his likes in future, call it vengeance, I agree undecided

Most of my course mates blamed me though that I should have just acted like a Roman since I was in Rome, but I am stubborn in such things, I rather lose out than bow to Pharaoh and reason I don't like Buhari too no matter what people say, if Buhari give me an appointment, I will publicly reject it and reject him!!

You won't understand how much it pains until u are in same shoe someday.

What class of degree it is; in student's terms some call it upper 2.1 angry
