How many ram modules do you have installed...?

This is either a Ram problem or a fault on the motherboard.

You should try removing the ram module(s) from the PC and pick another module that you're sure that it is working. Try this one module in both slots (one after the other) to see if problem still remains. Also, be sure that the board you're working with requires the exact type of ram you're using. Example, usually DDR3L slot won't work with DDR3 Ram and vice versa.
