How about thinking out other quiet none violent approach where the lives of the willing aren't put on display for a shooting practice? I'm just seriously praying and hoping this is indeed you being sarcastic |

softguy1: Okay boss I just like the way you are responding to questions.
Concerning the D.P.O for the attestation aspect, must he come from your state or serving as an officer in your State. to be honest I'm not sure about this, but when I did mine, it wasn't a dpo from my state, because it's the dpo of your immediate environment that should know if you have any crimina record or other stuff |

woswobi: You probably weren’t taking enough water too. Has similar experience during course 25 training so far that kidneys shut down and weren’t producing urine for a couple of days.
Training is not play oo. Be sure before you apply exactly what happened, I don't play with water now, it wasn't a good experience, it won't happen again next time, it's nice they allowed you to continue |

Bifrost: I don't have NIN, is there an alternative means of ID that can be used? Like Int'l Passport number or BVN?
Can someone answer this pls. just try to get this NIN before the closing date, it's not compulsory you register this early, because when you make it to Lagos, you are required to come along with your NIN card or printout, go and register to avoid stories that touch |

AirmanB: Did u eat suya a night b4 d test? haha, no man, to be honest I wasn't doing rigorous exercises before going for the training, so the stress on the muscles caused this issue, as I have said before start training from this very moment, if you have Weight try to reduce your weight drastically before going there ,work on your legs, you'll need that stamina, let me not say too much |

softguy1: But I heard it is impossible to change or make corrections in NIN(national identity number) especially changing the date of birth. Not actually sure of the above though. it's not impossible, just that it takes time and you pay more, it's takes like 4 to 5 months, but it's possible to change dob |

Cousiim: Hey guys good morning! Please I’m in a dilemma here o! As I was filling my details online, I got to where I would put my NIN(I didn’t know we would be needing this). Now, the issue is that there’s an error in my date of birth on my NIN. I was born in 1993 buh NIN shows 1990. Tried several times to correct but unable to yet. However my international passport, WAEC and date of birth certificate shows my correct age. Would this affect me? I think I wouldn’t be shortlisted and this kinda painful! try and start the application for change of dob now, so by the time you'll be called for interview if you make it, it must have been changed, I believe it is very important all your documents correspond |

dave06: I felt same too while I left last year... Wasn't sure where to start from. Applied for a job two days after coming home from Onne. I now work with one of the largest O&G companies in Africa.
It just felt like God had better plans for me all along...and if I was still at the training, I would not have received it.
Now I see why the Navy never worked out. I'm just thankful for the experiences gained and the people I got to meet tho.
Meanwhile, I took medications for the ailment. I'm completely free from it now.
My advice: Don't just limit yourself to the Navy. There are other opportunities out there. If one door closes, another one would open. Don't give up. All the best. Thank you boss, just wanted to experience the uniform |

fashionme: Good evening house. Please, must someone get a guarantor from a high rank military officer before he can be invited for the test and training? I have applied twice now( 2 years) and I have not been contacted for a test even for once. Guarantor from a high military rank will not guarantee you being called for interview or test, by the way they ask about it at the final stage, just fill the forms correctly and hope |

dave06: Quick advice:
Please make sure you're medically fit before even applying.
Medicals is what takes most people out. I made it to training but got withdrawn again cos of a medical issue that could have been sorted even before training.
Read through the thread and know all there is to know. I wish all the applicants the very best. This advice is very important, start training from now, like this very moment, and make sure you have a clean bill of health |

I read this whole piece twice, and nothing still makes sense here, absolute trash Arrewa: shut up...!!
You that your own job is to be scouting for bad news online to post on Nairaland.
You are full of negativity!
Go and get more bad news.
Shea una aim is for people to hate buhari and Apc? Una don dey win!
This is the right time you southerners supposed to support this government.
But nooo... You are all bent in paving way for another northerner from PDP.
Now northerners are gradually hating APC because of failed promises and your media propaganda.
I wonder how a southerner will beat Atiku come 2023 election with all these failure from APC government.
And you southerners are even making things worse with your media propaganda.
Same you southerners want to present a candidate from APC and win election but bent on painting the party black.
Raccon your own is just to scouting for bad news either real or fake. You are a well know bigot on Nairaland who go about insulting the north on daily basis.
Any bad news from the north or APC is the only thing you post on this forum.
You don't post about anything happening in the south or in PDP.
I don't know if PDP is bankrolling you to do this...
I'm not a fan of buhari... But I have been seeing your comments on this forum.
You have a very strong hatred for the man and for the north in general.
Now BUHARI's government is failing and I know you are all happy.
Enjoy... |
