A wi-fi service has the advantage of granting easy sharing of a certain internet connection with other mobile devices (blackberry, iphone, tablets, android, etc) that are wifi enabled.
Wifi hotspot is what most people use to avoid the carrying of modem or subscribing to various data plans for their different mobile gadgets

STEPS TAKEN IN CREATING A WI-FI HOTSPOT IN WINDOWS 7
ð With your mouse, locate the windows taskbar
ð Locate the wifi/network signal icon on the task bar and click on it
ð Click on open and network sharing center
ð From the lists chose set up a new connection or network

ð A pop-up window would be revealed in which you can choose a network option

ð From the list chose the “set up a wireless ad-hoc(Computer-to- computer network)

ð A pop-up window which entails blanks for your network name, security options and a security key(password)
ð After inputting the above details, tick the "save this network" box and then click on the NEXT button

ð A pop-up window would display a ready to use wifi connection. To make your computer a perfect wifi hotspot it’s required you turn on the internet connection sharing.

Now, your hotspot is ready for use, once an internet connection is available, you can search and connect any wifi enabled device to your computer system.

TAKING into consideration the
ephemeralness of power as a
phenomenom, the vintage Shakespearian
Question then arises: “To be or not to be-
that is the question.” Whether to remove
the tiresome toga of “Senator” and leave
the name simply as “President David
Mark.” Wow!
That sounds familiar. Take another look,
wow! But what do we do with the other
tiresome toga, “Distinguished”? Boring,
outdated; distinguished academic or
what? Thousands of people both in and
out of Senate bear that toga. Lets try
again “Your Excellency,” wow!!! That
sounds familiar. Why? Well, already that
is how the Nigerian Senate President is
addressed.
So how would David take over from
Jonathan? Section 145 of the 1999
Constitution, if an Executive impasse
arises, does the President have enough
loyalists amongst the Ministers to stand
firmly by him and refuse to pass a vote of
no confidence?…. As was the case of his
predecessor of blessed memory?
Although very tempting and very easy for
any Macbethan politician to invoke the
relevant constitutional promulgations on
impeachment and accordingly impeach
the President and his Vice.

spywareczar: interesting?? ª♏ leaving youtube 4 real, naija no raise me up make I dey pay for online services hehehe. But wait o, no any torrent site for videos

There are still free video services at youtube. so, relax bro and keep enjoying youtube

youtube has finally released its long awaited video web service which would require users to pay a certain fee demanded by video producers. Now, certain videos would be viewed after a monthly subscription fee. This long awaited service has brought gladness to certain top video makers such as Sesame workshop- the makers of sesame street videos because now they no longer need to rely on adverts for revenue but on the monthly subscription fee derived from subscribed users.

Salawu oladipupo: it is working on my asha 200 but it grows every minute. Now its almost 9.3mb

Whatsapp creates a folder of its own where it stores your sent and received files and the more ur files the larger it becomes

chineduace: i'm always online and i use nokia suite... All updated to the most current...
The sequence is, when i open the app, it shows terms and condition, i accept, i key in my phone number, it sends activation sms, i key it in, i type my name, upload my profile pix then phone setup starts. It complets phone configuration and proceeds to loading favourites... Thats where it hangs and never moves. I've deleted the app, removed my battery and reinstalled the app, cheched for any firmware and software update but the problem still persists... I'm about to give up.....

wow! which phone model?

chineduace: the application opened, i registered my number, activation code was sent, i uploaded my profile image, after that it entered phone steup and it's still stuck there since yesterday. Thats the issue...

is the phone's software up to date? Remove battery and re-run

Chiefupper: I dont understand that 'unrar the file',plz xplain

that means the file is packed together as one or compressed into an archive file format, so there is need to unpack the file to reveal the individual file and that is done with the help of a winrar

if it does not work such as saying can not start or error in application then update your software with Nokia suite or manually with phoenix and it will work out. Enjoy

Now you can send sms and chat with friends on whatsapp from your Nokia S40 phone by following the following steps:
1 get whatsApp installer file
2 Unrar the file
3 copy or move the extracted files into your memory card.
4 locate your Memory card and copy into games or apps, then delete the folder off your memory card
4 Run your whatsApp, register your number and keep in touch with those friends you’ve longed to.
NB- Some S40 phones do not copy, then move.

Most of the times your gmail box gets stocked up with mails and it is a stressful task for most of us to start deleting messages one after the other.
If you've taken good note, you will discover that the Trash and the Spam folders in your Gmail has a unique property of automatically deleting old messages after a fixed period of time (30 days to be precise), this is done by the Auto-purge.

You can also get rid of unwanted and older email messages with auto-purge in Gmail in order to keep your mailbox clean.

If you have set your Gmail to archives all your newsletter subscriptions to a particular folder, then be rest assured that these unwanted messages will remain forever until you manually erase them but with auto-purging enabled, the older mails of a folder are automatically removed from your mailbox.

CHECK OUT HOW TO BACK UP YOUR FILES WITH GMAIL

Auto-purging has no special button to enable it for any particular folder but there’s a simple Google Script that will bring this missing functionality to your Gmail. The script will basically monitor messages belonging to a particular folder in Gmail and purge those that have exceeded the retention time.

ELIMINATE UNWANTED MESSAGES WITH AUTO-PURGE

=> Make a copy into your Google Drive.

=> Set the value of GMAIL_LABEL to the specific folder that you wish to auto-purge and PURGE_AFTER are the number of days for which you to retain a message in Gmail.
=> Go to Run, then Initialize and grant the necessary permissions. It is a personal script and nobody else will ever have access to your data.
=> Go to Run, then Install to install the auto-purge script.
=> Now your auto-purge is enabled.

Exit the Google Script and it will continuously monitor that particular Gmail folder you've assigned it to in the background.

To disable auto-purging later, just open the same script in your Google Drive and choose Run, then Uninstall.
