Wailers always derive pleasure in wailing...... Their action is tantamount to taking panadol for another mans headache. Many of them hardly know the location of Edo State on the map, yet they busy themselves about their election... Let Edo people speak with their votes, they sure know who the cap fits better. Let's support them in praying for a peaceful election. |
seunaj:The greatest achievement of PMB administration which all past administration failed is restoring sanity into the way we conduct government business. He minimized the endemic and cankerworm corruption which has long been eating eating deep into our national fabrics. To you it may seem a mean achievement, but to some of us that see deeper and beyond sentiment, we know its colossal. As for Obama and America, the American unlike most Nigerians like you stood with Obama during those period knowing the issue wasn't his fault. But in you people's case you wail, you derogate, and you sabotage. Cos you believe you are more of PDP than being a Nigerian.... |

seunaj:The problem with most Nigerians is, superficial thinking. Is Buhari responsible for the utter dip in global oil prices that rocks the nervous system of our economy, or he is to be blamed for our past failure to diversify that coagulate to the present problem we are all facing? The PMB government deserves commendations for some of their bold steps towards fixing Nigeria lingering problems |
Something for the wailers to masturbate on.... FYI dear prof. PMB is getting it right before then, só safe your fear. |
seunaj:You did not add, PDP did all that in 16 years, and APC is just less than 2 years. Your frustration, despair and hatred affects nothing. Please relax and let's support the present Government to bring about a meaningful and all inclusive development. God bless Nigeria |
Why wouldn't they stone Yahaya Bello when he sat on what belong to them? Agreed, Kogi State has a backlog of problems but Yahaya Bello has not done anything to douse the pang of past misgovernance, rather he is adding his own dose in his own ways by choosing to hold Workers salary even after he has been given bailout which feeders said he fixed the deposit with a bank. Also, irritatting is his frivolous spending on the caretaker committees at lga |
Stupidity and craziness broadly defined |
wowmenow:Because their past leader was not clueless and wasteful |
These two statements always sound to me like a particular figure of speech........ 1. Police is your friend 2. Islam is a religion of peace. |
Stelvin101:People could be funny most times. It's very common nowadays in Christiandom, things like 'I got that job because I pay my tithe'', pure assumption. What I know is, in the beatitude of Christ in Mat. 5,...blessed are the givers for they shall receive, there the principles are land down.. Giving should be Most importantly to the needy. Paul the Apostle spelt it out, that 'let everybody give according to his ability but not grudgingly'. I wonder how the tithe issue now re emerged to most prominence in the neo Christianity. May God guide and help us. o |
All I ever wanted is, when shall Kogi people celebrate victory over hardship and deprivation that has become our second nature. A State so blessed yet wallowing in squalor as a result of years of misgovernance and maladministration. |
I still have my reservation about this tithe issue. I believe in giving, as commanded by Christ our Lord. But, the issue of tithe is for the Jews according to the old testament. If tithe is applicable to we Christian, would the Apostles through the new testament have forgotten to charge the church with the payment? And, would Jesus have forgotten to emphasise it the way it's currently been done? It's good to give, I know. But, tithe? |
Yaya Bello? Op, be fair to him, he is still less than a year on the seat. |
The law is like an ass..... Let the better have the day, oh God! May God bless Kogi State. |
mpowa:Yes, I agree |
God bless Daddy G. O. But, how many ladies can pray for one hour nonstop? I think there should be a waiver to this. But, other point are spot on. Fortune hunters, how market? |
One of the greatest bane of our development in this country is tribalism and nepotism. See all these culprits above me. To a very sane mind, what should matter most is 'what you can do', and not 'where you come from.' As for me, I care less whether all of them are from Daura as long as they bring about a better service and new lease of life. Lest I forget, I thought the wailers once said they don't need Buhari's appointment? Why the sudden outcry ? Anyway, wailers must to wail. God bless Nigeria. |
RIP to the dead. Bad! From the report, the media want us to presume the death is for political reason...... If that is so, I wonder when these miscreants will learn and stopped being tools in the hands of our selfish and mindless politicians. Its unfortunate. Politicians that will still reconcile when sharing their loots. The greatest enemy of common men in this part of the world is the politician. But, the common men are guilty of religuishing their sanity to the politician on the altar of stomach infrastructure. |
I know this news will sadden the wailers. See these comments... .... |
Where are the wailers? Another blow..... |
dedons:And, to the chest-beaters from the clay-republic, may God grant them humility and wisdom to relate and cohabit well. The power not to stir trouble and assume the 'crying baby'. Grant them also the power and the real courage to save their owns from the claw of the marauding herdsmen in Enugu and other SE States, not in chest beating and media hypes Amen. And Amen |
Nairaland mods and obsession for boobs: why is it that anything boob must hit front page? These actions indirectly give feel-good mentality to all these boob-baring ladies. |
saintkel:Would you have said the same thing, if its someone close to you (God-forbid). Let's learn to empathize |
I am not surprised at the violent conduct of the foot Soldiers, they are acting out the script of most of their imams and leaders. Imagine, the sultan publicly saying the only condition under which muslims are authorised to fight is when hindered from practising their religion. The point is, this assertion alone is a tacit support to violence. And you see, acts that constitute "hindrance" wasn't spelt out, left to be determined by the naive and angered almajiris . What happened to reporting to appropriate security operatives? But, No! Fight...... Yet, all we hear is 'religion of.... |

anonimi:* “Even when I’m in church I am monitoring what is happening. Anytime I get reports of an attack somewhere… my face will change immediately… my expression will change. It used to happen every Sunday * “Anytime I hear of any one Nigerian dies I feel pained… even if it’s a Boko Haram member – I am their president.” PGEJ, 2014 Azazi blames Boko Haram attacks on PDP The retired General made this known during the second day of the South-south economic summit where the collapse of the nation’s security challenge was deliberated on. Tracing the rise of Boko Haram’s attack, the chief security adviser to the president stated that “the extent of violence did not increase in Nigeria until when there was a declaration by the current president that he was going to contest.” “PDP got it wrong from the beginning, from the on-set by saying Mr A can rule, Mr A cannot rule ……according to PDP’s convention, rules and regulation and not according to the constitution and that created the climate for what has manifest itself, this way.” He added that there is some level of political undertone to the problem. He also noted that the bombings, suicide attacks and jail breaks that have been raging the northern part of the country “could be traced to the politics of exclusion of the PDP in the region.” Blaming the notion of anointing candidates and the ‘do or die’ attitude of the political party, Retired General Azazi asked why “is it possible that somebody was thinking that only Mr. A could win, and that if he could not win, there would be problems in this society?” “Let’s examine all these issues to see whether the level of violence in the North East just escalated because Boko Haram suddenly became better trained, better equipped and better funded, or something else was responsible.” “It takes very long for somebody to be a sniper,” Mr. Azazi said. He affirmed the level of sophistication of the group but also gave assurance that the government is aware of all their doings in a bid to addressing the issue. “I can assure you that Boko Haram can garner that level of sophistication over time, if it has not got it already. There are a lot we know that they are doing, and there are a lot that could be done to address the problem.” “But, then I must also be quick to point out that today, even if all the leaders that we know in Boko Haram are arrested, I don’t think the problem would end, because there are tentacles. I don’t think that people would be satisfied, because the situations that created the problems are not just about the religion, poverty or the desire to rule Nigeria. I think it’s a combination of everything. Except you address all those things comprehensively, it would not work” he added. On a final solution, the security adviser discourage just the use of force but called for a collective effort to address the economic problems of the north saying “it is not enough for us to have a problem in 2009 and you send soldiers to stop the situation, then tomorrow you drive everybody underground. You must look at what structures you need to put in place to address the problem holistically. There are economic problems in the North, which are not the exclusive prerogative of the Northerners. We must solve our problems as a country.” He noted that the relationship between national security and development is inseparable, because “one cannot do without the other” the NSA said. http://www.channelstv.com/home/2012/04/27/azazi-blames-boko-haram-attacks- on-pdp/ And, lo and behold, Azazi was silenced by those who never wanted their secret out |
There is no two ways : jump up and you will come down, grow up, only then will you stay...... The painful part, she will part with huge sum for a beauty that lasts for at most 5 hours... Vain |
That prayer issue they give many girls headache. To me what's important for a Christian man is to see an attitude of prayer in the woman, don't worry when she marry and issues that coming up, she'll pray more than one hour sef. Nigerian women solve most problems by prayer, while men run up and down. It's important to have a praying wife, NA GOOD SPIRITUAL BACKUP
