Teach your girl child or younger sisters to understand that NOTHING IS FREE, especially when given to them by a guy who is not their Father, their Brother, or their Son.

There is always a Price she is expected to pay back, and that is with her Thing. If she is not interested in doing so, then let her avoid all cash and gifts. Some girls always think that they are Smart, and that guys are fools, that they can eat their money and run away, until they meet the guy who will take it by force and rape them to death.
RomanceRe: Why It's Useless To Have A Female Child by essentialone(m): 7:22am On Jul 17
I hear that you’re really angry and hurt right now. The way you’re talking comes from pain, not just opinion.

I can’t go along with a few things in what you wrote though:

1. About women and girls
Saying “a hòe is a hòe” or that “giving birth to a female should be considered an abomination” dehumanizes half the world. Most women are daughters, mothers, sisters, doctors, teachers, business owners. Reducing all of them to one label because of things you’ve seen online isn’t fair to the many who aren’t living that way.

2. About the 13-year-old you described
What you described is child sexual abuse and exploitation. That’s not “a calling.” That’s a child who needs protection, not judgment or graphic detail. If you have that video, the right step is to report it so authorities can get her help and take it down.
In Nigeria you can report to NAPTIP: 627 or Police: 112. Sharing or describing that content further puts the child at more risk.

3. About sex-selective abortion
Choosing abortion based on the baby’s sex is illegal in many places and goes against medical ethics. It also doesn’t fix the hurt that’s making you feel this way. If you’re struggling with relationships or trust, talking to a counselor or elder can help more than anger.

What’s underneath this
It sounds like you’ve seen betrayal, scams, and things online that made you lose trust in women. That’s real pain. But the answer isn’t wiping out half of humanity. The answer is boundaries, accountability, and healing — for both men and women.

You said “Forever Toxic.” You don’t have to stay there. You can choose to be a man who sets standards without hatred.

Try and find out:
- How to spot red flags and protect yourself from scams
- How to have healthy relationships without getting burned
- What to do if you’re feeling this much rage

If these thoughts are getting overwhelming, please talk to someone: Nigeria Suicide Prevention: 08001232333.

You deserve better than to live in bitterness. And girls deserve better than to be called an abomination before they’re even born.

I will like to take advantage of these POs.
No, Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc has not done a Public Offer (PO); instead, they have successfully closed their capital raising drive through an accelerated ₦15 billion to ₦17.5 billion Private Placement and internal channels to address their regulatory capital deficit.

For now, its only Royalex.

Guinea Insurance Plc has successfully deposited ₦1.5 billion with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to meet its foundational compliance obligations under the Nigerian Insurance Industry Reform Act (NIIRA) 2025.

CBN Escrow Funding: The ₦1.5 billion deposit matches exactly 10% of the newly mandated ₦15 billion Minimum Capital Requirement (MCR) for non-life underwriters.

₦15 Billion Capital Expansion: To systematically restructure its equity baseline, shareholders authorized a capital increase from ₦4 billion to ₦19 billion.

₦5.82 Billion Rights Issue: The board recently concluded a major rights issue offering 5.30 billion ordinary shares priced at ₦1.10 per share to anchor its balance sheet restoration.

NAICOM Clearance: The capital restructuring strategy has formally received a "No Objection" endorsement from the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).

Optimistic Q3 Target: According to its latest regulatory filings, Guinea Insurance forecasts an impressive Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₦2.78 billion for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026.

Revenue Drivers: Top-line insurance revenue for the upcoming Q3 cycle is projected to hit ₦6.62 billion, bolstered by an aggressive ₦1.71 billion net investment income layout.

Recent Earnings Pressures: This forward-looking growth trajectory follows a temporary dip in Q1 2026, where a sharp 803% spike in localized claims expenses (reaching ₦850.1 million) put heavy short-term pressure on underwriting margins.

Asset Expansion: Despite the claims crunch, total corporate assets expanded to ₦7.75 billion, driven by strong yields in government instruments like FGN bonds and Treasury bills.

Capital Safety Margin: The underwriter maintains an Available Solvency Margin of ₦5.09 billion. This sits comfortably above the regulatory minimum of ₦3.00 billion, signaling robust short-term liquidity.

Free Float Compliance: The firm's public free float is healthy at 29.66%, keeping it fully compliant with the transparency rules of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).

International Energy Insurance Plc (IEI) recently bagged the prestigious Pension and Insurance category win at the 2026 Nigerian Risk Awards, gaining national acclaim for its corporate governance practices amidst an aggressive capital restructuring.

Massive Capital Floatation: IEI executed a major public offering, issuing 5.47 billion ordinary shares priced at ₦3.20 per share. The subscription window officially opened on 20 May and closed on 11 June 2026.

Deployment Plan: Net proceeds are being actively deployed to expand underlying underwriting capacity (80.1% / ₦14.02 billion) to secure high-value risk retention across Nigeria's energy, marine, and oil sectors.

Financial Pillar Safety: To reinforce investor confidence throughout the public offering, IEI raised its Statutory Deposit Balance with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to ₦1.50 billion.

Historic Deficit Eradication: Through strategic adjustments backed by its majority shareholder, Norrenberger Advisory Partners (holding a 75.26% stake), IEI successfully converted massive legacy liabilities. Total shareholders' funds engineered a historic turnaround, climbing from a negative deficit of (₦7.60 billion) up to a ₦9.24 billion surplus.

Q1 2026 Profitability: In its interim financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2026, IEI posted a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₦275.8 million.

Investment Portfolio Buffer: The company's core insurance revenue experienced a temporary 61% compression to ₦615.8 million during the quarter. However, a stellar ₦832.1 million investment return—driven primarily by real estate property appreciations—successfully rescued the bottom line.

Optimistic Q3 Projections: Management has released an official forward forecast projecting a strong Q3 2026 PAT of ₦1.15 billion as operational scale kicks in from the recapitalisation funds.
