There is nothing wrong with a lady who is dressed yet naked, so long as she is okay with it, and so long as her husband or boyfriend is okay with it. But may misfortune never depart from the man who marries such a lady, and later start complaining that she is cheating on him. May undiluted Thunder destroy that man totally. |
Whether or not someone would want their spouse to remarry if they died first is a deeply personal decision, with many people choosing to believe that their partner should have the opportunity to find love and happiness again, while others might feel that remarriage would be a betrayal of their bond; it's important to openly discuss this topic with your partner to understand their perspective on the matter. |

I still believe that It is wrong for us to be Unfriendly to our neighbours. Nobody is saying you have to be their Friends. But at least you should be Friendly. When you meet in the gateway or in the driveway, whenever you greet your neighbours good morning, how are you doing, for example, you should smile, and say it like you really do mean it. Not mutter It like something you force yourself to even say. Pokenosing neighbours and noisy neighbours is a no no for me. These 2 types I detest. I may never come into your apartment for years, unless you invite me to it, and with good reason. But you see that compound space, whenever I am around, because I am hardly at home anyway, Una go feel my vibe. I love to make even neighbours who are enemies to become friends. I can spend days working on both parties to come to the point at which they can at least see the other person then smile and greet them. That is enough. All these carrying of faces and feeling overly important, is not just for me. But las las, people are the product of their family background. |
pretydiva:I totally agree to this too. That too is my daily prayer. Most Nigerians are Criminals, Scammers, and Fraudsters. And it is pathetic. |
Megapower:Michael Boulous is the husband to Tiffany Trump, the daughter of President Trump. Lara Trump is the wife to Eric Trump, the son of President Trump. Do amend it. |
I believe God place people close by for a reason. One day na one day, monkey go go market, e no go return. It is not compulsory to be friends with your neighbours, but you should be friendly with all your neighbours. You are neither the richest person or the poorest person in Nigeria, so calm down. You won't even bury yourself when you die. No matter how I don't care you like to live, one day people will still show you care, not because you deserve it, but because they cannot change their nature just because they met someone like you who just doesn't care. |
KoladeChris24:Any neighbour that prays loudly is a witch and a trouble maker. I like such neighbours. Na me dey always stop their madness. I have a large woofer just bought for that purpose alone. I will play fetish or cult songs on speaker and turn it very loud and face it into your window. We all go craze together. |
I have been reading this thread, but I am yet to see anyone mention the 2 most important things I always love to hear and read on this and similar subject matters. It is never just enough to say I am now making money. You have to have a personal Annual Statement of Financial Position. You don't need to be an accountant to do that. It's simple but you have to be intentional about it. 1. You need to always know how much you are now worth in dollar terms. You don't need to exchange your physical naira to dollars for you to know that. Just calculate It online. It is very important so you know if you are actually growing financially or just moving in a circle. For example if by last year, you had 750,000 naira as your Available cash by 19th December 2023, by today 19th December 2024, you may now have 1.2million naira as your available cash. Some people here will think they have grown financially, but in real terms, you have actually become poorer. If this is not clear to you, you need a lot of learning to do in Financial Management. 2. Having taken care of number 1, next is to find out your increase or decrease in terms of percentage based on the same dollar rate. Using same example in number 1. The person who had 750,000 naira last year could be said to be worth 1,000 US Dollars. But by this year, even with his or her 1.2million naira, the person is now worth about 772 US Dollars. If I am the person, I will clearly know that this year 2024, I had a 22.80% decrease in my financial position. It will keep me on my toes, and make my head go restless on what and what to do to improve. But if unfortunately such a person is celebrating that he or she has made more money this year, I can only just shake my head. I know several persons will say I am speaking trash, and that this is an unsolicited advice, but I always like to put these 2 points out, so that you keep track, and so that you do not end up celebrating poverty, thinking that you have become richer. |
jckgroup1:I agree to that. Lasaco seem like a hidden jewel in the insurance ecosystem, and set to explode upwards soon... |
yMcy56:https://dailypost.ng/2024/12/18/honeywell-reloaded-flour-mills-of-nigeria-revitalizes-iconic-brand/ Mop up Honeywell now if you can. It may rally up in price soon. Presently at N5.00 |
If I talk truth now, Nairaland mods will come and ban me again. |
I don't really care who wins it. It neither adds not remove money from my bank account. It is their personal business. |
trium:Not completely true. I have lived in different states in Nigeria, due to one thing or the other, like work, school, etc. I can say what you just said depends on the personality type of your neighbour. I have had comedians as neighbours. And I have also had monks as neighbours. If you understand what I mean. |
megawealth01:Ikeja Hotel has quietly climbed to N9.15 Is it getting set to rally up in price? |
minasu190:Man is by nature a social animal. We can pretend about this until when we can no longer pretend about it. When crises or emergency happens, then we all realise that no man is an island |
illicit:I will start by saying that most Nigerians are naturally selfish and wicked. Not all, but most. |

By end of January, there will be enough cash everywhere in Nigeria. Men who are Big Fish, don load all the cash they need to spray during burials and traditional weddings, this season, into their bags and luggage. That is why there is no cash inside the bank, and there is also no cash outside the bank. |
To all married men, do you know that women always think that men will die first? If you think that I am lying, just tell your wife, "let us sell this our house", and she will be like, "for what?! When you die, where will I and the children live in?" |
